10은 처짐방지수단으로서, 상기 처짐방지수단(10)은 상기 선 바이저 본체 (3)를 프론트 윈도우 글래스(7)를 차광할 때 선 바이저 본체(3)의 피봇부 반대측을 지지하도록 한 것이다.
상기 처짐방지수단(10)은 상기 선 바이저 본체(3)의 상단의 암(2)의 피봇부 반대측에 지지바(11)를 노출되게 설치하고, 헤드라이닝(1)의 프론트 윈도우 글래스 (7)의 상방에 후크(12)를 설치하여 지지바(11)를 후크(12)에 걸도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: A structure for improving clearness of an aspheric lens for a headlight lamp is provided to decrease a boundary illuminance difference between an illuminating region and a shield region. A headlight lamp includes a lamp(3) accommodated in a housing(1), a reflective plate(2) installed on an inner surface of the housing for reflecting light emitted from the lamp, and a front cover(4) having an aspheric lens(6) guiding the light emitted from the lamp forwardly and a shield plate(5). A diffusing pattern is formed on a surface of the aspheric lens to minimize a boundary illuminance difference between an illuminating region which irradiates the light and a shield region which interrupts the light by the shield plate.
