CONSTITUTION:30-150pts.wt. carbon black and 0.1-5pts.wt., at least one or 2 or more kind of amino acid selected from cystine, lysine, arginine, hydroxylsine, glutamine and tryptophane are blended with 100pts.wt. rubber composed of natural rubber and/or a synthetic diene rubber.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire exhibiting excellent long-term preservation stability that is prevented from deterioration in workability in a factory and suppressed in changes in the vulcanization speed and the molecular weight of a natural rubber of a natural rubber-based unvulcanized rubber composition, particularly an unvulcanized rubber containing no vulcanizing chemicals, after preserved for a long period of term, and also to provide a tire using the same. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a tire includes at least 0.1 pt.mass of a sulfur-containing phenolic antioxidant based on 100 pts.mass of a natural rubber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing the natural rubber-blended composition without passing through a mastication process of the natural rubber and without adversely affecting subsequent vulcanizate properties. SOLUTION: The method for producing natural rubber-blended composition is to knead TSR type natural rubber, giving ≤20% amount of polymer gel within 2 weeks after the production, with carbon black in a kneading process (excluding a vulcanizing agent)without carrying out the mastication process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic chemical weighing equipment in a rubber processing line capable of adding precisely a chemical to natural rubber, by simple and easy constitution. SOLUTION: This automatic chemical weighing equipment 10 is arranged with a rotor 18 with a recess 16 for storing the chemical of a fixed amount formed in an outer circumferential part, a driving means 20 for rotation-driving the rotor 18, a guide member 22 for incorporating the rotor 18, for storing the chemical in a storage part 14 into the recess 16 when an opening of the recess 16 is directed upwards in response to the rotation of the rotor 18, and for guiding the chemical in the recess 16 from a delivery port (lower part opening 22b of the guide member 22) to an objective portion, when the opening of the recess 16 is directed downwards, in a lower part of the storage part 14, and is provided with a weighing control part 24 for controlling the driving means 20 to weigh the fixed amount of chemical, by carrying out a process for delivering the chemical in the storage part 14 after stored in the recess 16. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rubber withdrawing device of a natural rubber dryer constituted by putting the existing equipment to practical use to reduce the load of a worker and capable of simply recovering a rubber from a trolley. SOLUTION: The rubber withdrawing device 1 of the natural rubber dryer is constituted so as to withdraw a dried block-like natural rubber 9 from each of a plurality of the rubber housing parts 16 formed to the trolley 10 of the natural rubber dryer and comprises the picking part 2, which is inserted and screwed in the natural rubber 9 to hold the natural rubber 9, and the handle part 3 for integrally supporting the picking part 2 to operate the same. The picking part 2 is formed into a spiral shape and the leading end part 2a thereof is sharpened while the handle part 3 is formed into an almost T-shape and provided with a horizontal bar part 3a having a shape and dimension capable of being grasped by both hands of the worker and the vertical bar part provided almost vertically with respect to the horizontal bar part 3a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber improved with its low heat-generating property and having a stable quality in its preservation, and a rubber composition of the same. SOLUTION: This natural rubber is obtained by coagulating latex having ≥50% rubber concentration (DRC) obtained by centrifugally separating/concentrating the natural rubber latex, dry-treating and then adding a hydrazine compound or a triazole compound as a viscosity stabilizer, and the rubber composition of the same is also provided. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber mixture which can exclude or reduce the mastication step, has a low viscosity without increasing the viscosity during storage, and is excellent in resistance to heat aging; a production method therefor; and a rubber composition prepared by using the same. SOLUTION: This natural rubber mixture is obtained by treating a natural rubber latex with a surfactant and at least one kind of enzyme and adding a hydrazide compound and/or a serum component of a natural rubber to the treated latex. The surfactant is e.g. an anionic or nonionic surfactant. Examples of the enzyme are protease and cellulase. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscosity adjusting method for a natural rubber at a desired value. SOLUTION: The method is characterized by using more than two sorts of hydrazide compound. For example, in the case of using two sorts of hydrazide compound it is able to adjust a low viscosity natural rubber using a 12C or more alkyl acid hydrazide as a main component and to adjust a high viscosity natural rubber using a hydrazide having hydroxy groups (-OH group) in its molecule, and to adjust a middle viscosity natural rubber using a 2-5C alkyl acid hydrazide as a main component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition which can give high-performance pneumatic tire treads improved in tread leaving belt resistance by using a vulcanization accelerator and a vulcanizing agent which are nondeleterious to the environment by using a specified compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a vulcanizable rubber, a non- nitrosoamine type vulcanization accelerator and a non-morpholine type vulcanizing agent. The composition preferably comprises 100 pts.wt. rubber component, 0.1-10 pts.wt. non-nitrosoamine type vulcanization accelerator and 0.1-10 pts.wt. active-sulfur-releasing type non-morpholine type vulcanizing agent. Desirable examples of the active-sulfur-releasing type non-morpholine vulcanizing agents used include dithiodicaprolactam, tetraethoxyphosphoryl trisulfide and blends thereof.
