Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing a DRX (Discontinuous Reception) operation in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving information on criterion for transition to an Active Time; measuring radio quality of a cell; and transiting to the Active Time when the radio quality meets the criterion.
Abstract:
A method for running a DRX (Discontinuous Reception) cycle at a user equipment in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes steps of receiving configuration information for a long DRX cycle and a short DRX cycle; receiving at least one data unit including one or more DRX command MAC (medium access control) CEs(control elements) in a predetermined period; and running one of the long DRX cycle and the short DRX cycle according to a total number of DRX command MAC CEs.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus used for in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of controlling uplink transmission and an apparatus therefore, in which the method comprises: receiving a signal including information related with an assignment of a TAG for a SCell; and considering the SCell as having no valid uplink timing if a TAT of the TAG is not running.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for performing operations in a wireless communication system disclosed herein may measure a RSRP of a downlink pathloss reference based on the preamble transmission counter being equal to or higher than a first threshold. And the second preamble is transmitted on a second random access occasion related to the MSG3 repetition based on the RSRP being lower than a second threshold.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method of transmitting a random access preamble by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Especially, the method includes the steps of receiving multiple synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a network, wherein the multiple SSBs comprise one or more SSBs associated with Msg3 physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetition; based on reception powers of all of SSBs being less than a first threshold, selecting one SSB among the one or more SSBs associated with Msg3 PUSCH repetition; based on reception power of any one of SSBs being equal to or greater than the first threshold, selecting any SSB not associated with Msg3 PUSCH repetition among the multiple SSBs; and transmitting the random access preamble based on a random access resource related to the selected SSB.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of managing a configured grant timer related to a Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process associated with a configured grant by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Especially, the method includes the steps of receiving a retransmission grant for the HARQ process with starting the configured grant timer related to the HARQ process; based on a HARQ buffer of the HARQ process not being empty, performing a transmission for the HARQ process based on the retransmission grant with restarting the configured grant timer related to the HARQ process; and based on the HARQ buffer of the HARQ process being empty, stopping the configured grant timer related to the HARQ process.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of transmitting uplink data by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. Especially, the method includes the steps of receiving information about first uplink configured grants (CGs) and second uplink CGs from a network; triggering a Buffer Status Report (BSR); and if at least one of the second uplink CGs can accommodate all of data to be transmitted, transmitting the data to the network on the at least one second uplink CG without transmitting the BSR on the first uplink CG, wherein, if the at least one second uplink CG can accommodate the data partially, the BSR is transmitted to the network on the first uplink CG without transmitting the data on the at least one second uplink CG.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of processing a data unit by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes the steps of: configuring, by the UE, a radio bearer comprising a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity, wherein the PDCP entity is related to two or more Radio Link Control (RLC) groups and at least one of the two or more RLC groups comprises two or more RLC entities; selecting, by the PDCP entity of the UE, one of the two or more RLC groups; and based on a RLC group comprising two or more RLC entities being selected from the two or more RLC groups, duplicating, by the PDCP entity of the UE, a PDCP Protocol Data Unit (PDU); and submitting, by the PDCP entity of the UE, the PDCP PDU to the two or more RLC entities belonging to the selected RLC group.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to mobility management wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a source cell, a handover command comprising a handover validity timer; performing a handover attempt to a target cell while the handover validity timer is running; and transmitting, to the source cell, a report message comprising cell information including target cell information for the target cell upon an expiration of the handover validity timer.
Abstract:
In the present disclosure, a UE generates a power headroom report, and transmits the power headroom report to a network. The power headroom report includes a configured transmit power (CTP) field for a serving cell based on a CTP value for the serving cell being not equal to a last reported CTP value for the serving cell. The power headroom report includes no CTP field for the serving cell based on the CTP value for the serving cell being equal to the last reported CTP value for the serving cell. The power headroom report may include first information on whether the CTP field for the serving cell exists after a power headroom filed for the serving cell.
