Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain the reduction of ventilating ability and the increase of turbulent air current noise by providing in the vicinity of the negative pressure surface side front edge of a first blade the rear edge of a second blade arranged upstream of the negative pressure surface side air current of the first blade, forming one wing by means of both blades. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 5 is rotated in a predetermined direction by the drive force of a motor, and then, air flows into the impeller 5, and when it passes between wings consisting of plural first blades 7 and second blades 8, static pressure and dynamic pressure are added, and discharge is carried out from the impeller 5 to the outside, and ventilation operation is performed. Formation is made that by providing in the vicinity of the front edge 7b of the negative pressure surface side 7a of a first blade 7 the rear edge 8a of a second blade 8, upstream of the air current direction G of the negative pressure surface side 7a of the first blade 7, one wing may be realized by means of both blades 7, 8. Accordingly, even under a high static pressure condition, the air current G that has deflected on the pressurizing surface side 8b of the second blade 8, flows into the negative pressure surface side 7a from the front edge 7b of the first blade 7, and stabilizes a border layer current, and the peeling off of the air current G can be restrained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain disturbance of a flow on the negative pressure surface side of a blade outer peripheral part by smoothly connecting the nearly circular- arc chamber part of a blade outer peripheral end part to a nearly circular-arc rib provided on the outer peripheral part negative pressure surface side. CONSTITUTION:A circular-arc rib 9 is provided on the outer peripheral part negative pressure surface side 5b2, and the circular-arc rib 9 is smoothly joined to the circular-arc chamber of the pressure surface part of the outer peripheral end part 8 and the outer peripheral part negative pressure surface side 5b2. Thus, when an air current W1 enters from the pressure surface side to the negative pressure side, the air current W1 enters smoothly from the circular-arc chamber of the pressure surface side of the outer peripheral end part 8 to the rib 9 of the negative pressure surface side, and the flow of an air current having strong radial component is restrained by the circular-arc rib 9 of the negative pressure surface side 5b2. Accordingly, it is possible to restrain increase in blowing noise due to the disturbance of a flow generated in an impeller 3.

CONSTITUTION:The hub side front edge 5a1 of a blade 5 is provided with an approximately circular arc shape rib 8 larger than the plate thickness of the blade 5. This rib 8 is made smaller toward the outer peripheral side and formed into acute-angled protrusive shape.

CONSTITUTION:Communicating holes 12, through which the inside of an outlet 11 communicates with the vicinity of a ceiling surface 5a, are formed inside the outside 11a of a main body for the outlet 11. In the case wherein a preset distance (d) is shortened by rotating a louver 9 centering around a shaft 10 in the outlet 11 on a panel exposed in a room and an air stream G brown-off is allowed to adhere to the ceiling surface 5a, part of the air stream G with a high static pressure, which flows in a passage formed between the louver 9 and the outside 11a of the outlet 11, is blown along the ceiling surface 5a through the communicating holes 12. In this way, the air stream G is allowed to stably adhere to the ceiling surface 5a without reducing the distance (d) between the louver 9 and the outside 11a of the outlet 11, the resistance of air flow is restrained from increasing, and the decrease of an air-flow rate and the increase of a noise can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent flow break-away so as to restrain flow disturbance in order to prevent noise during blowing from increasing, by providing a plurality of auxiliary blades on an inclined surface which is arranged on the side surface of a substantially cylindrical hub on the blade negative pressure side. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 6 is composed of a plurality of blades and a substantially cylindrical hub 7 to which the blades 2 are fixed. In this arrangement, an inclined surface 7b is formed on a hub side surface 7a on the blade negative pressure side 2e. Further, a plurality of auxiliary blades 8 are provided on the inclined surface 7b. With this arrangement, air sucked on the suction side of the hub 7 is forced to blow off onto the blade negative pressure side 2e, and then flows through the blade negative pressure side 2e. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent flow breeak-away, thereby it is possible to restrain flow disturbance due to the flow break-away.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the deterioration of blowing performance and reduce blowing noise by providing a bell-mouth shaped orifice ring on the outer circumferential part between the front edge part and rear edge part of a runner, and further and orifice ring enclosing the outer circumferential part of the rear edge part of the runner. CONSTITUTION:At least one or more bell-mouth shaped orifice ring 11 is pro vided on the outer circumferential part between the front edge part 9b and rear edge part 9a of an axial flow or mixed flow runner 8. Further, an orifice ring 12 enclosing the outer circumferential part of the rear edge part 9b of the runner 8 is provided. The air flow radially flowing from the outer circumfer ential direction of the runner 8 is deflected in the axial flow direction before it flows into the runner 8 to reduce a rapid directional change of the air flow in the runner 8, so that the disturbance of the air flow can be suppressed. Hence, the deterioration of blowing performance can be suppressed, and the generation of blowing noise can be reduced.
