CONSTITUTION:A hollow space in which ink liquid can be filled is formed of a housing 25 and a nozzle plate 27. A buckling structure 21 is arranged in the space. A nozzle orifice 27a is provided at a position of the plate 27 opposed to the structure 21. The structure 21 has parts extending longitudinally (direction of an arrow D2) and mounted fixedly at the housing 25 through an insulation member 23 at both longitudinal ends. The structure is made of a material to be at least longitudinally displaced upon electrification from a power source 29.

The first metal film la comprises material having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than the second metal film 1b. Therefore, though a blowhole is mixed in the ink passage 2a..., the blowhole is discharged from the orifice 8 as the ink 4 flows. Then, the ink 4 is never prevented from jetting by the blowhole.
