    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a pipe having excellent anti-alga and anti-shell performance by planting many fibers from at least one of inner or outer face of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A fiber cloth 2 is fixed to the inner face of a pipe 1, to stand many crops 3. The material composing the fiber crops 3 includes polyethylene terephtalate and copolymer thereof, polyesters such as polybuthylene and copolymer thereof, polyamides such as nylon 6, 11, 12, 66, 610, natural fibers and the like. It is known that alga and shellfish scarcely adhere to a relatively soft material, a relatively smooth material or a rollable material, and such characteristics are realized artificially through this pipe.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable formation of a material for fishery preventing algae and shells from attaching themselves to the material, not causing secondary pollution, by covering the material with napped fibers consisting of ultra-high-molecular- weight polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:The material for fishery is covered with a napped fibers consisting of ultra-high-molecular-weight. An ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene having >=1,500,000mol.wt. is preferable as the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene may be used as a main component and further blended with a lubricant, stabilizer, plasticizer and colorant. Fiber denier of the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene is preferably =0.5mm and the intervals of the napped fibers are varied with the length of the napped fibers and the fiber denier and are preferably about 2-300mu. The material for fishery is used in the form of rope, net or cloth.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the cooling of molten resin inside a polymer passage pipe as well as increase the discharge amount of the molten resin by interposing an heat insulator between a hot plate receiving base and the polymer passage pipe in a hot plate type resin melting discharger. CONSTITUTION:Resin pellets supplied into a barrel 1 are pressed on a hot plate 4 by means of a screw 2 to make it molten state by the heat of the hot plate 4, flowed into a block 11 through a polymer passage pipe 13 inside the hot plate receiving base 6, weighed by a pump 12, and then discharged into a mouth piece pack. Since heat insulators 14 and 15 are interposed between the hot plate receiving base 6 and the polymer passage pipe 13, the temperature of molten resin inside the polymer passage pipe 13 can be kept constant because no escape of heat of the polymer passage pipe 13 to the hot plate receiving base 6 occurs. Thus, the discharge amount of molten resin can be stabilized without suffering reduction in the discharge amount. In the Fig., there are the other heat insulators 3 and 7.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the device, by providing the protruded part to the rotatable shaft, the part where the sample to be measured is fixed and the clamp to which a constant load is applied or the like. CONSTITUTION:The protruded parts 2 and 3 are provided to the rotatable shaft 1 and then rubbed to the sample to which a certain amount of load is applied. As a result, a constant stress is applied in the form of a reaction to the rubbed area of the protruded parts. On the other hand, the shaft 1 is turned by a motor in a fixed speed of rotation. Then the said stress is applied repetitiously. At the same time, a counter to count the rotational frequency is attached to the shaft 1, and accordingly the dynamic fatigue characteristics can be obtained by reading the rotational frequency until the baeakdown due to fatigue. In the case of the sheet such as the artificial leather, the clamp to fix the upper end, the clamp to connect the lower end to the weight or the like, are added to ensure the measurement with a simple facility.
