    Abstract: PURPOSE:To always certainly penetrate a fluid into the tab end part of a sheet, by providing a movable seal block adjusting the length of a pressure chamber to the pressure chamber on the single side thereof and providing a fluid permeation control plate between the seal block and the tab end part of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 5 into which a fluid is introduced under pressure continuously runs between a box-shaped body 6 having an opening part 21 provided to one surface thereof and a sheet pressing apparatus 7 and is brought into contact with the box-shaped body 6 to cover the opening part 21 to form a pressure chamber 1 in the box-shaped box 6. A compressed fluid is sent in the pressure chamber 1 from the outside through a send-in port 11 and penetrated into the sheet 1 to be discharged from the discharge port 12 on the side of the sheet pressing apparatus 7. A fluid permeation control plate 2 and a seal block 3 are provided in order to certainly penetrate the fluid into the tab part of the sheet 5 and the seal block 3 is slid in the lateral direction by a control rod 8 according to the positional variation of the tab end part of the sheet to secure sealability.
