A machine (10) for applying a closing element (T) to a container (C), the closing element (T) being, more specifically, in the form of a dispensing pump element with a tube, or siphon, inserted into the container (C). The machine comprises supporting means (11) for means (12) that associate the closing element (T) with the container (C) and means (50, 51) for guiding the closing elements along their respective path and which are in the form of replaceable means.

The proposed device (1) for singling out items coming from a feeder, said feeder (AT) comprising an outlet channel (R) for conveying said items (T) towards a relevant end section (F), includes compacting means (RU), placed along said outlet channel (R), adapted for gathering said items (T) one behind the other according to a continuous row, at said end section (F). The above mentioned device is equipped with abutment and catching means (2) of single items (12) adapted for abutting and catching a series of single and successive leading items (11) of said row of items (T) at said end section (F), and with extracting and conveying means (3) for allowing said abutment and catching means (2) to pass according to a direction of extraction (E) at said end section (F) for abutting and catching a series of single and successive leading items (11) and for transferring and placing said series of singled out items (12) at a handling station (SA).
Abstract:
A method for screwing a ring nut of a trigger-shaped (5) pump or trigger (1) on a vessel (6), the pump or trigger being provided with a threaded fixing ring nut (2) by a gripping lever assembly (11). The method includes the steps of: screwing the ring nut on the threaded mouth of the vessel by screwing it to the body until the screwing torque does not reach a preset value; performing a first detachment of elements for tightening the ring nut; rotating the tightening elements (11), by an associated motor, relocating them in their starting configuration, by clearing the trigger by the presence of the levers (11) themselves; lastly, performing a further opening of the tightening elements from the ring nut (2); the driving being necessary for completely opening the gripper and clearing the trigger.

A mounting head (T) for mounting a pump or a valve on a neck (22) of a container (2) to thus form a fluid product dispenser, the mounting head (T) comprising a mounting member (3) for imparting an axial mounting movement from an axial arrangement deposited on the neck (22), the mounting member (3) incorporating axial centring means (35, 36, 4) for bringing the dispensing member (1) into an axial arrangement on the neck (22) of the container (2), in case it has been deposited in an offset manner on the neck (22), characterised in that the mounting member (3) comprises a plurality of mounting brackets (31) that can be moved axially to bring the dispensing member (1) from the axial arrangement to the final position and can be moved radially inwards in order to bring the dispensing member (1) to the axial arrangement, the mounting head (T) further comprising an external tightening ring (4) for simultaneously moving the mounting brackets (31) radially inwards from a retracted idle position.
Abstract:
The invention deals with the field of screwing heads for small trigger-type pumps or triggers and namely for applying, on vessels, triggers equipped with a threaded securing ring nut (2). This screwing head (1 ) is rotated around a vertical axis through a permanent magnet-type clutch and comprises four rollers (5) which tighten the toothed ring nut (2) when screwing it; said rollers (5) are supported by vertical arms (4) whose axes are arranged at 90° one from the other on a circumference with its centre on the rotation axis of the screwing head. The vertical arms (4) and the four rollers (5) are simultaneously carried along a radial direction towards said ring nut through an oscillating movement.
