An environment-friendly ceramic water-based cutting fluid composition is provided to prevent wear of a tool and to extend a life of the tool due to good flow of the fluid by a low viscosity, and excellent lubrication and refrigeration, and to prevent generation of bacteria and bad smell. An environment-friendly ceramic water-based cutting fluid composition includes a water-soluble polymer and ceramic powder. The composition is formed by melting the water-soluble polymer in water and dispersing the ceramic powder in the water solution. The water-soluble polymer includes water glass. The water-soluble polymer is any one or a compound of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), cellulose, methyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), and starch.

The present invention provides an anti-seizure agent for hot steel working comprising: an inorganic component as a first component; sodium hydroxide as a second component; water-soluble resins and/or water-soluble surfactants as a third component; and water, wherein, to the mass of the sum of the first component, the second component, and the third component as 100 mass %, the anti-seizure agent contains: 96.5 mass % or more and 99.98 mass % or less of the first component; 0.01 mass % or more and 2. 0 mass % or less of the second component; and 0.01 mass % or more and 1.5 mass % or less of the third component, and the inorganic component is one or more selected from a group consisting of Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , CaO, B 2 O 3 , K 2 O, and Na 2 O. This anti-seizure agent for hot steel working exhibits excellent wettability and surface firm-adherability to the steel; moreover, the coating layer formed after application solidly adheres to the steel and does not come off in the environment of both cold and hot working.

A grease composition for construction equipment comprises a lubricating grease, a) 1 to 5% by weight of phosphate glass and b) 1 to 5% by weight of a sulfur-phosphorus extreme-pressure additive; as well as c) 0.5 to 3% by weight of an aromatic sulfonic acid salt and d) 0.1 to 3% by weight of a triazole compound as optional components based on the total weight of the grease composition. The grease composition exhibits considerably high resistance to load and accordingly, can be applied to construction equipment which require high resistance to load, such as a hydrauric excavator and a wheel loader.

There is provided a resin composition for a machinable liner of a sliding member. An ultraviolet curable resin composition for a self-lubricating liner contains a (meth)acrylate compound having an isocyanuric acid ring represented by the following formula and PTFE as a solid lubricant. In the formula (1), X is a group which contains an acryloyl group and is composed only of C, H, and O. Y and Z are groups each composed only of C, H, and O. PTFE is contained in an amount of 10 to 50% by weight with respect to a total amount of the ultraviolet curable resin composition. The ultraviolet curable resin composition is suitable for a self-lubricating liner 24 of a spherical bearing 20 having an outer race 22 and an inner race 26.

The invention provides a lubricant composition for hot metal working comprising a plurality of glass frits respectively having different softening point from each other.
