Abstract:
The invention concerns an amortizing element to be placed between overlapping parts and/or inserted one into the other to ensure stability and soundproofing of the connection by eliminating the assembly defects and play, characterized by a bi or three-dimensional plastic material body, structured to form at least one horizontal supporting section and at least one section for the protection of at least some peripheral areas of the contact surfaces between said parts to be joined. Every element can also be equipped with a tongue or ribs or protrusions to increase the amortizing.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a door operating system for controlling the movement of a door, more particularly to "no touch" door openers for public washrooms and households. The system has a motor with a gear chain where the high gear is generally semicircularly shaped engaged with a swinging arm coupled with the door through the roller and a pilot plate. The unit is activated upon receipt of the signal from overhead passive infrared or hand proximity detecting sensors and has a controlling system to provide for opening and closing the door, as well as retraction of the arm in the event of door encountering an obstacle or in an overload condition of the motor. The arm and a gear are linked pivotally with each other and with the unit housing. They are coupled through a spring suspension system and have a clutch mechanism preventing overloading. The only external moving part is the arm, which is, along with geared sector, protected by a flexible member providing security to prevent accidental jamming of objects by it. The unit may be battery operated with a low voltage and low power AC/DC switching wall adapter. In autonomous operation it can provide up to 700 opening cycles without external power.
Abstract:
A device for opening and closing a pivotally mounted door leaf (2) or the like comprises an actuator, which is displaceably and/or rotatingly arranged in a housing (10) and connected to the door leaf and which, during displacement/rotation, actuates said door leaf, and a drive motor (27) which is connected to the actuator for providing displacement/rotation thereof.
Abstract:
A door system (100) is provided. The door system (100) comprises a rail mount (101) and a carriage (102) mounted on the rail mount (101). The carriage is movable along a longitudinal axis of the rail mount (101). The carriage (102) is adapted to couple to a door. The door system (100) can further include a fluid actuator (103) with a cylinder (106) coupled to the rail mount (101) and including a piston rod (206) extending from the cylinder (106) and coupled to the carriage (102). The door system (100) can also include a return assembly (104) coupled to the carriage (102) and providing a biasing force on the carriage (102) and the piston rod (206) in a first direction. The door system (100) can further comprise a braking assembly (105) coupled to the rail mount (101) and when actuated substantially prevents the piston rod (206) and the carriage (102) from moving in the first direction for a predetermined amount of time while the return assembly (104) simultaneously provides the biasing force on the piston rod (206) and the carriage (102).

Abstract:
Safety system for doors and gates which permits the detection of an obstacle without coming into contact with the same, comprising at least one presence detector, which is preferably composed of a pair of photoelectric cells of refraction type or composed of a transmitter (TRA2) and a receiver (RIC2) , placed on two arms (BRl, BR2) , pivoted on supports (SOl, S02) fixed on both sides of the gate (POR) . The arms (BRl, BR2) are moveable in the radial direction towards the outside of the gate (POR) , so to avoid their contact with the floor and consequent damaging of the presence detectors.
Abstract:
A single rail window regulator that uses a plate with two spaced, parallel guides that are integral to the plate. A lift member, adapted to receive a window pane, is slidably coupled to both guides. A cable is wrapped around two opposing pulleys that are mounted on the plate and a cable drum that is coupled a drive system. The ends of the cable are attached to the lift member. Activating the drive system moves the lift member along the rails.
Abstract:
A drive system is provided for a moveable barrier, such as a garage door, that limits unauthorized shifting thereof. The drive system includes a flexible actuator for raising and lowering the door. The flexible actuator is tensioned with a biasing mechanism to minimize actuator throw, and a stop assembly of the biasing mechanism limits unauthorized travel of the garage door from the closed position by a predetermined amount that is sufficiently small so as to keep intruders out of the garage. The flexible actuator may for example, be a cable, a belt or a chain.
Abstract:
A reducing motor including a rotor with an armature shaft, a reducer housing (2) containing a gear wheel (3) engaging a worm on the shaft, and a shock absorber (5) housed in the gear wheel and rotationally integral therewith. The unitary shock absorber has circumferential notches (8) engageable both by radial flanges 87) on the gear wheel and by elements (10) for driving an output member (11), and chamfers (90) are provided on the edges of the notches to ensure gradual torque-dependent angular deflection of the shock absorber and make it easier to mount the same automatically on the hub of the gear wheel.
