    Abstract: PURPOSE: A meter reading method is provided to solve the previous technical problem by receiving the identified data (ID) from the each surrounding meter at a point, and by setting and reading the reading order. CONSTITUTION: A meter comprises of a meter cell (12) and the first to the forth meter cells (14,16,18,20). The reading meter and the four cells are located on the center of the meter cell (12) and four cells (14-20) above, respectively. It enables the communication between the reading machine and meters. It also fastens the meter reading speed and reduces the number of visiting places to read meters and the labor. Accordingly, the extra labor can be used for other works and it is more effective when the meters are congested.
