    Abstract: PURPOSE: An auxiliary handle fixture for a module headliner of a vehicle is provided to decrease the number of a manufacturing process, and to decrease a manufacturing cost by reducing a size of a required metal plate, and to reduce a noise generation during a use of an auxiliary handle. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary handle fixture for a module headliner of a vehicle comprises a base (110) of a flat board form and a hook (120) of a wedge form. The hook comprises a support arm (121a), a flange (121b), two pairs of retaining arms (122), a retaining unit (123), a retaining projection (124), and at least one noise cancellation protrusion. The support arm is curved slantly and upwardly to a direction facing each other from both sides of the base. The flange is extended from an upper end part of the support arm to both sides, and curved downwardly. Two pairs of retaining arms are curved slantly and downwardly to a direction which becomes estranged from both sides of the flange. The retaining unit is curved slantly and downwardly to a direction facing each other from a lower end part of the retaining arm. The retaining projection is curved downwardly from a lower end part of the retaining unit, and tripped in a boundary surface of a combining hole of a body panel. The noise cancellation protrusion is formed in a side which faces the flange, and suppresses a noise generation.

The upper felt layer and the lower felt layer are manufactured by mixing a low-melting point polyester fiber and a polyester hollow fiber at a predetermined ratio. The filler is manufactured by mixing the low-melting point polyester fiber, a black fiber, and foam chip at the predetermined ratio.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a head lining for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing time and costs by employing a folding guide and a wrapping tool to automate a wrapping process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a head lining for a vehicle is as follows. A raw sheet(200) is prepared. The surface material of the raw sheet is attached to a side of a plastic base and an end of the raw sheet is bent. The surface material on the exposed end of the raw sheet is supported with a wrapping tool(120) and the base of the exposed end is heated by a heater(140). The raw sheet is pressed by a folding guide(130) on a support so that only the bent end of the raw sheet is exposed. The heater is removed and the wrapping tool is horizontally transferred to hold the exposed end of the raw sheet. The wrapping tool is vertically transferred to thermally bond the bases on the end of the raw sheet.
