Abstract: A dosing system is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure of the dosing system and to have an instant response by maximally reducing a distance between a dosing unit and a nozzle. A dosing system includes a tank module(100) which supplies a reducing agent, an air supply unit(200) which supplies air, and a dosing nozzle unit(300) which mixes the reducing agent fed from the tank module with the air fed from the air supply unit, and sprays the mixture into a catalyst converter. The tank module is provided with a tank body(110), a reducing agent pump(120), and a multi valve(130). The tank body holds the reducing agent therein. The reducing agent pump is installed in the tank body and pumps the reducing agent. The multi valve is mounted to the upper surface of the outer portion of the tank body, and is connected to the reducing agent pump to supply the reducing agent, pumped by the reducing agent pump, to the dosing nozzle unit.

Abstract: A dosing system is provided to realize a compact and simple assembling structure by installing a regulator and a solenoid valve at a multi-valve and forming ports for supplying, discharging, and returning a reducing agent, thus enabling easy manufacture, increasing productivity, and facilitating maintenance. A dosing system includes a tank module(100) for supplying a reducing agent, an air supply unit(200) for supplying air, and a dosing nozzle unit(300) which mixes the reducing agent and the air, fed from the tank module and the air supply unit, and sprays the mixture into a catalytic converter unit. The tank module includes a tank(110), a reducing-agent pump(120), and a multi-valve(130). The tank stores the reducing agent. The reducing-agent pump is installed in the tank to pump the reducing agent. Abstract: A dosing system is provided to check in real-time the temperature of a reducing agent by installing a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the reducing agent filled in a tank module of a dosing system. A dosing system comprises a dosing device(210) and a tank module(220). The dosing device mixes a reducing agent with air to inject a mixture thereof to a catalytic converter(100). The tank module supplies the reducing agent to the dosing device. An air supply device(230) supplies air to the dosing device. An electronic control unit(240) controls the dosing device to adjust the amount of the reducing agent injected to the catalytic converter.
