Abstract:
The present invention relates to a primer set for discriminating soybean cultivars and a method for discriminating soybean cultivars using the same. More specifically, the present invention uses an STS-CAPS marker to discriminate the cultivars, and therefore, can discriminate 110 species of the soybean cultivars by using an agarose gel to be used for a quality control and a quality assurance of the soybean.

The present invention relates to a method of separating and purifying isoflavone and soyasaponin from soybean embryos, and more specifically, to the method of separating and purifying isoflavone and soyasaponin from soybean embryos in which a processing time is reduced by separating extracts containing embryos separated from soybeans through preparative chromatography, thereby separating the isoflavone, which is a bioactive substance, and saponin at the same time; has excellent workability; is capable of purifying the isoflavone and saponin having high chemical purity; and can recycle soybean byproducts that are treated as waste, thereby reducing environmental pollution. Abstract:
PURPOSE: An optimum extraction method of a tocochromanol component from beans is provided to obtain the high content of tocochromanol from the beans. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of a tocochromanol component from beans comprises a step of extracting tocochromanol from the beans using an ethanol solvent distillation method. The beans are bean seeds or germinated beans. The bean seeds or germinated beans are crushed under the presence of liquid nitrogen. The bean seeds are extracted by using a mixed solution of 80-90 wt% of hexane and 10-20 wt% of ethyl acetate at 140-180°C through a Soxhlet method. The germinated beans are extracted by using an ethanol solution containing pyrogallol through a solvent extraction method. The germinated beans are germinated at a low temperature for 2-4 days. 본 발명은 토코트리에놀 생합성 과정에 관여하는 효소를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 재조합 발현 벡터를 이용한 형질전환 콩을 발아시킨 발아콩 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 재조합 벡터는 토코트리에놀을 합성하지 않는 콩에서 토코트리에놀 합성에 관련하는 효소를 안정적으로 발현시킴으로써 토코트리에놀 합성을 가능하게 하고 또한 8개 이성체를 모두 가진 비타민E 함량이 매우 높은 콩을 제조할 수 있도록 하며, 특히 상기 형질전환된 콩을 일정 조건에서 발아시킨 경우 항산화 활성을 크게 증가시킬 수 있다.
