    Abstract: 본 발명은 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득방법에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명의 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득방법은, 누에를 준비하는 제1단계, 상기 준비된 누에를 동결건조하여 실샘을 분리하고, 분리된 실샘을 물로 용해하여 제1 용해물을 제조하는 제2단계, 상기 제1 용해물을 원심분리한 후 상등액을 취하는 제3단계, 상기 상등액에 알칼리를 첨가한 후 가수분해하여 제2 용해물을 제조하는 제4단계, 상기 제2 용해물에 산을 넣고 중화하여 중화액을 제조하는 제5단계, 상기 중화액을 탈염하여 가수분해물을 수득하는 제6단계 및, 상기 수득된 가수분해물을 동결건조하는 제7단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
    본 발명에 의해, 유해한 용매를 사용하지 않으면서, 상온추출로 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득이 가능하면서, 세포증식효과가 우수한 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득방법이 제공된다.
