Abstract: 본 발명의 한 특징에 따른 표시 장치는, 제1 및 제2 부화소를 포함하는 화소, 상기 제1 부화소에 연결되어 있으며 제1 게이트 신호를 전달하는 제1 게이트선, 상기 제2 부화소에 연결되어 있으며 제2 게이트 신호를 전달하는 제2 게이트선, 그리고 상기 제1 및 제2 게이트선과 교차하고 상기 제1 및 제2 부화소에 연결되어 있으며 데이터 전압을 전달하는 복수의 데이터선을 포함한다. 이때, 상기 제1 부화소는 상기 제1 게이트선과 상기 데이터선에 연결된 제1 스위칭 소자, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자에 연결된 제1 액정 축전기 및 제1 유지 축전기를 포함하며, 상기 제2 부화소는 상기 제2 게이트선과 상기 데이터선에 연결된 제2 스위칭 소자, 상기 제2 스위칭 소자에 연결된 제2 액정 축전기 및 상기 제2 유지 축전기를 포함하고, 상기 화소는 상기 제1 및 제2 스위칭 소자의 제1 및 제2 드레인 전극과 양단이 각각 중첩하는 수리선을 포함한다. 이로 인해, 제1 및 제2 부화소에서 발생하는 킥백 전압이 동일하므로, 표시 장치의 화질이 좋아지며, 단선된 부화소를 용이하게 수리할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a TFT display plate and a mask therefor are provided to form slit patterns to have more than two intervals and widths, and to expose/develop a photosensitive film, thereby forming a part having a middle thickness in uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: In order to uniformly irradiate light on a photosensitive film in the second area(C1), a width(d2) of a slit pattern of a 'b' area(c12) is formed to be wider than a width(d1) of a slit pattern(311) in an 'a' area(c11), partially controlling an amount of light transmission. Thickness of the second part(214) is uniformly formed by equalizing an amount of light irradiation in the second area(C1). The second part(214) is used to prevent a gate insulating film(140) from being etched when exposing a portion of a conductor, drain electrodes(175), and data lines.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A color filter substrate and a method of fabricating the color filter substrate are provided to reduce a step height caused by a color filter without forming an overcoat. CONSTITUTION: A color filter substrate includes a black matrix(220) formed on an insulating substrate(210), red, green and blue color filters(230R,230G,230B) respectively formed at regions defined by the black matrix, and a planarization pattern(231) formed on the black matrix located between the color filters. The color filter substrate further includes a reference electrode(270) formed on the color filters and planarization pattern. The planarization pattern is formed of the same material of one of the red, green and blue color filters. The color filters have the same thickness as the thickness of the planarization pattern.
