Abstract: PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator is provided to increase the displacement of an elastic plate and form chambers with high integration while increasing the piezoelectric performance of the actuator in an optimized ink jet printer head. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric actuator includes lower electrodes formed on a substrate on the whole, a piezoelectric element formed on the whole lower electrodes, chambers(6) formed at an opposite part of the lower electrodes on the substrate not to contact the lower electrodes, an elastic plate(1) formed between the chambers and the lower electrodes to be transmitted with the deformation force of the piezoelectric element, nozzles(7) vertically formed at both side walls of the chambers, and upper electrodes formed on the piezoelectric element, wherein the upper electrodes are formed in such a manner that a plurality of electrodes are formed per chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A double equipment system and a controlling method are provided to compose more than one facility for manufacturing TFT-LCDs(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) or semiconductors as being in-line. CONSTITUTION: In a double equipment system where a primary equipment(10) and a secondary equipment(20) are composed to be in-line, a cassette is transferred to a primary waiting section or a secondary waiting section and is stored for plural boards to be processed as a lot unit. An equipment controller(70) receives a work mode of each lot from a host(80) for processing work for each lot corresponding to the work mode. A primary process is performed to one lot or a secondary process of the secondary equipment is carried out. In addition, for one lot, the primary process and the secondary process are sequentially conducted or in a reverse order. In case one board is processed in one equipment, the driving of other equipment is stopped. The processed board is unloaded to an empty cassette of the primary or secondary waiting section for waiting. If the stopped equipment is restored, the board is loaded with the restored equipment for performing a corresponding process. Thus, the delay of works is avoided by continuously performing the works and productivity is enhanced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for water repelling treatment of a nozzle for an ink-jet printer head is provided to simplify the process since post-treatment process is not necessary for preventing water repelling layer from being formed in the rear of the nozzle, to improve yield by removing inequality of the size of the nozzle holes, and to improve the ink injecting efficiency and reliability of the ink-jet printer head. Abstract: PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to form a chamber in a more regular size and interval by integrally forming a protecting thin film which is an etching stop layer between a vibration plate and a chamber plate made into a metal thin plate. CONSTITUTION: A method forming a piezo-electric plate of an ink jet printer head using a piezo-electric material comprises the steps of: measuring PbO, ZrO2, and TiO as regular amounts; mixing the PbO, the ZrO2, and the TiO, calcining the mixture in a temperature of 850 degrees centigrade for two hours, and making into a Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3 crystal; inserting pleat glass powder into the Pb(ZrxTi1-x) crystal, and making Pb(ZrxTi1-x) powder by mixing the crystal; making the Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3 and the pleat glass mixture powder into paste states by adding epoxy resin; making a piezo-electric plate pattern as the mixture paste; and forming a piezo-electric plate by sintering the piezo-electric pattern in a temperature of 950 degrees centigrade.

Abstract: 본 발명의 목적은 열화된 영상에 있어서 효과적으로 단방향 에지를 검출할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
먼저 입력 영상에 대해 평균 필터링을 행한다. 평균 필터링이 행해진 영상에 대해 라인 소벨(Line Sobel) 연산을 행하여 에지 후보군을 구하게 된다. 상기 에지 후보군들의 위치에 대해 기울기 추정(Slope Estimation)을 수행한 후 상기 추정된 기울기를 고려하여 상기 에지 후보군으로부터 에지를 결정하게 된다.
이에 따라 많은 잡음이 섞인 열화 영상에서 효과적으로 그리고 실시간으로 에지를 검출할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.-
