Abstract: PURPOSE: A cable manager system and a computer having the same are provided to connect/disconnect a computer and peripherals based on one operation and implement a stable operation of a cable manager that is operated only when a stable power is supplied. The outputs of the ports(206, 208, 210, 212 and 214), the jacks(218 and 220) and the ring wake-up circuit(260) are outputted to the connector(204) through the lines(270).
