Abstract:
PURPOSE: A reflective color display is provided to increase the amount of light incident on a display compared to an existing color filter. CONSTITUTION: An upper electrode(130) and a lower electrode(140) are formed on an upper substrate(110) and a lower substrate(120) respectively. A partition wall(170) is arranged between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A cell is filled with charged particles(150,160). Color filters(181~183) are formed in the cell. The color filter includes at least one of a red filter, a green filter, and a blue filter. The filters have permeability which is higher than 35% in the range of 380 to 780nm.

높은 열전도도를 나타내어, 보다 작은 면적의 열전도성 기판으로도 효율적으로 열방출이 가능한 열전도성 기판 및 그의 제조방법이 제안된다. 제안된 열전도성 기판은 하부히트싱크층과 하부히트싱크층 상에 접촉하면서 형성되는 열전도체, 및 열전도체 사이를 충전하는 절연 접착부를 포함하는 열전도층, 그리고 열전도층 상에 형성되되, 열전도체와 접촉되어 하부히트싱크층으로 열을 방출하는 상부층을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A substrate unit for electronic paper is provided to form a hydrophobic polymer layer to an inner or external portion of an electronic paper substrate to prevent the absorption of dusts or foreign materials on the surface of the electronic paper substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate unit for electronic paper comprises: a substrate(140); an electrode(230) formed on the substrate; and a hydrophobic polymer(210a) formed on the external surface and/or the electrode.

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing metal composite nanoparticles are provided to prevent metal surface oxidation and agglomeration between particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal composite nanoparticles comprises: a step of preparing a metal nanoparticle by dry process; a step of contacting self-assembly monomolecular(SAM) layer to obtain metal composite nanoparticles; and a step of collecting the metal composite nanoparticles. An apparatus for manufacturing the metal composite nanoparticles comprises: a metal nanoparticle manufacturing unit(10) which is able to manufacture the metal composite nanopaticles by dry method; and a particle surface processing unit(11) which forms the metal composite nanoparticles by surface treatment with the SAM layer.
