PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device including an integrated conductive substrate is provided to improve efficiency and a lifetime by simultaneously functioning as a substrate and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A transparent anode faces a conductive substrate. A light emitting layer (13) is arranged between the conductive substrate and the transparent anode. An electron injection interfacial layer (12) is arranged between the conductive substrate and the light emitting layer and is in contact with the surface of a semiconductor layer. An optical control layer (16) is arranged on the upper surface of the transparent anode.

PURPOSE: A simplified organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and secure high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A conducting polymer(130) is formed on an anode(120). The conducting polymer has a first A surface(141) and a second A surface(145) facing the first A surface. A low molecular light emitting layer(150) is formed on the conducting polymer. The low molecular light emitting layer has a first B surface and a second B surface(147) facing the first B surface. A cathode(170) is formed on the low molecular light emitting layer. The second B surface of the conducting polymer touches the first B surface of the low molecular light emitting layer.

금속할라이드페로브스카이트발광소자및 이의제조방법을제공한다. 본발명의발광소자는기판, 기판상에위치하는제1 전극, 제1 전극상에위치하고, 금속할라이드페로브스카이트물질을포함하는발광층및 발광층상에위치하는제2 전극을포함하고, 발광층은유기저분자첨가제를더 포함하는것을특징으로하고, 유기저분자첨가제는 10 내지 1000의분자량을가지는, 티올기(-SH)를포함하는화합물의군, N 원자를포함하는벤젠유도체의군, S 원자를포함하는벤젠유도체의군, O 원자를포함하는벤젠유도체의군 또는 N, S 및 0 원자에서선택되는둘 이상의원자를포함하는벤젠유도체의군에서선택되는것을포함한다. 본발명에따르면, 유기저분자첨가제를포함한금속할라이드페로브스카이트발광소자를제공함으로써, 페로브스카이트결정립계에서발생하는엑시톤소멸을방지하여발광효율및 휘도가개선된금속할라이드페로브스카이트발광소자를제공할수 있다.
