Abstract:
방사상으로조립된이방성나노결정립들로구성된금속산화물서브마이크로구체를포함하는조성물, 상기조성물을포함하는폴리머박막및 광촉매소재, 그리고상기조성물의제조방법이개시된다. 상기중공금속산화물서브마이크로구체를포함하는조성물은발광체와반응시켜상기서브마이크로구체와발광체가하이브리드되는경우광 이용특성이증대된하이브리드소재를제조할수 있다. 이를이용하여광 이용특성이증대된디바이스또는시스템을제공할수 있다. 또한, 상기조성물은환경유해물질을분해하고재사용가능한광촉매소재로사용될수 있다.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a metal oxide complex comprises a shell layer which includes at least two layers of metal oxide nanoparticles mutually connected to each other and pores between the metal oxide nanoparticles; and hollow cores which are empty space in the inside of the shell layer. The metal oxide complex is re-collected and re-used and has some or entire empty places to be used as a catalyst, an antimicrobial agent or a carrier for delivering drug and entirely has pores in the shell layer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nanophosphor and a method for manufacturing the same. The nanophosphor has upconversion properties to clearly emit light by infrared ray excitation, and can emit green light having stronger intensity of the light emission than an existing nanophosphor. The nanophosphor has upconversion properties to have almost no influence of self-emitting when applied as a biometric image to obtain a clear image, and is able to be synthesized in a small size of about 200 nm or less to be easily applied to such as bio-imaging and a forgery preventing code. Moreover, the nanophosphor has stronger light emitting properties by forming a shell, and can obtain further stronger light emitting properties if the contents of elements comprised in a core matrix are controlled.
