Abstract:
PURPOSE: A femto cell interference control method considering of a macro cell is provided to avoid interference for the macro cell by preventing the interference of a femto cell for the macro cell. CONSTITUTION: The reception power of a macro cell base station is measured or estimated(S110). A linear coefficient is multiplied at the transmission power of the macro cell base station(S120). In case the reception power is zero, the transmission power minimum values of a femto cell is added to multiplication result values(S130). Minimum values are acquired from addition result values and the maximum transmission power values of the femto cell. The minimum value and the minimum transmission power values of the femto cell are established as the transmission power of the femto cell(S140).

PURPOSE: A base station and a method for allocating resources of the same are provided to reduce interference according to the service requests of terminals. CONSTITUTION: A frequency allocating part(211) allocates frequency resources to terminals through a transceiving part(220). An orthogonal code allocating part(212) generates an orthogonal code index table including orthogonal code combinations. The orthogonal code allocating part allocates the orthogonal code combinations to the terminals in which the frequency resources are allocated through the transceiving part. The orthogonal code is orthogonal to at least one orthogonal code allocated in another terminal.

PURPOSE: A terminal supporting an extended carrier component and a communication system with the terminal are provided to supply a solution for the problem when an operating SCC(Secondary Component Carrier) device is attached to/detached from a terminal. CONSTITUTION: An SCC device monitor(480) monitors whether at least one SCC is attached to an operating terminal and whether at least one SCC device is attached to/detached from the operating terminal. A managing device(460) requests a base station to additionally allocate the second component carrier according to whether the at least one SCC device is attached/detached. PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting MBMS is provided to effectively support MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) in the cellular system. CONSTITUTION: A control information receiving part(620) receives the information about the multicast resource allocation from a base station. The control information receiving part receives multicast control information with reference to the information about the multicast resource allocation. Based on the multicast control information, a receiver(630) receives multicast data from the base station. PURPOSE: A control channel management device of a base station, a control channel searching device of a user terminal, and a control channel assignment method of a mobile communications system are provided to improve net performance by increasing the number of user terminals capable of transmitting control information through a conflicted UE space. CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(110) determines whether the number of a conflicted user terminals is bigger than a threshold or not. When the number of the conflicted user terminals is bigger than the threshold, a conflicted UE space operation unit(120) operates a conflicted UE space on a control channel resource. A notification unit(130) notifies the conflicted UE space information to all user terminals in cells. A calculating unit recalculates a starting address in a control channel searching region. A receiving part of control information receives and searches self-control information from the recalculated control channel searching region.

PURPOSE: A mobile base station and a method for reconstructing a hardware platform are provided, which enable a mobile base station to reuse identical hardware. CONSTITUTION: An SDR base station controller(210) controls the downloading of a program offered from an outside element based on a SDR(Software Defined Radio) technique. A hardware module downloads the program according to the control signal of the SDR base station controller based on the SDR technology. PURPOSE: A handover decision apparatus in an overlay mobile network environment and a method thereof are provided to reduce pong-pong effect by avoiding unnecessary handover caused by a temporary environment change by sensing a handover situation in consideration of a user environment. CONSTITUTION: A service enabled cell group configuration unit(110) configures a service enable cell set, and a service efficiency calculator(120) calculates a service efficiency for the cells within the service enable cell set. A good-service cell set configuration unit(130) configures a good service cell set according to the service efficiency of a cell to which a current multimode terminal is connected.
