    Abstract: PURPOSE: A programmable mask and a method for fabricating a biomolecule array using the same are provided. A high density biomolecule array is fabricated by selectively irradiating UV to sample substrate. CONSTITUTION: A programmable mask comprises a lower substrate(100a) comprising a polysilicone thin layer transistor, a lower pixel electrode(117) consisting of transparent electrode connected to drain electrode(112) of the thin layer transistor and an orientation film(116) in the upper part, and a polarizing plate(120a) in the lower part; an upper substrate(100b) comprising a UV shade, a protection and insulation film, an upper pixel electrode(119) consisting of transparent electrode and an orientation film(116) in the lower part, and a polarizing plate(120b) in the upper part; liquid crystal being inserted between the upper and lower substrates and selectively transmitting light according to electric signal; and an operating circuit on the lower substrate, wherein the operating circuit is formed with the polysilicone thin layer transistor simultaneously and positioned in the same plane as the pixel region.

    Abstract: 본발명은디스플레이소자기술에관한것으로, 특히박막전계발광소자(TFELD)에관한것이며, 더자세히는백색전계발광소자와천연색전계발광소자에적합한백색형광막에관한것이다. 다층구조백색형광막은청색영역의색도와휘도가증가된것으로서, 원자층증착법이나화학증착법으로형성된 CaS:Pb 박막이청색과녹색형광막으로작용하고스퍼터링, 전자빔증착법, 원자층증착법, 혹은화학증착법으로증착된 CaS:Eu이적색형광막으로작용한다. CaS 모재료에도핑된 Pb은조절된결정의크기에따라한층에서는청색발광체로, 다른층에서는녹색발광체로작용한다. 동일한모재료로구성된상기다층구조형광막은결정성이우수하게성장돨수 있어박막의질이높이지며결함이적어소자의안정성을높일수 있으며특히, 도핑된발광체들의감쇠시간과동작전압에따른휘도특성이서로유사하여구동주파수나구동전압의변화에따라백색광의색순도가영향을받지않음을특징으로한다. 상기다층구조의형광막으로부터색필터를사용하면넓은색영역에서원하는색을얻을수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A blue ELD(electroluminescent display) is provided to ensure low operating voltage, high efficiency and easy adjustment of luminance by using a uniform thin fluorescent film of Cas:Pb grown through atomic layer deposition or chemical deposition. CONSTITUTION: A DC blue ELD has a transparent glass substrate(1), a transparent electrode(2) on the transparent glass substrate(1), a CaS:Pb fluorescent film(3) on the transparent electrode(2), an insertion thin film(4) on the fluorescent film(3) and a metal electrode(6) on the insertion thin film(4). The CaS:Pb fluorescent film(3) has a thickness of 1000 to 10000 angstroms, and is doped with phosphor Pb 0.4 to 2.0mol%. A current barrier film is formed between the insertion thin film and the metal electrode, and made of a MnO2 layer.
