Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for processing a HARQ and adaptive transmission in a device to a device link for end-to-end direct connection communication and terminal relaying is provided to improve capacity and performance in D2D communications since the method for processing the HARQ and adaptive transmission is adopted for the D2D communications. CONSTITUTION: An initial transmission mode and transmission power for a D2D link are received from a base station. Data is transmitted through the D2D link. A terminal determines the transmission mode and the transmission power of a following subframe by receiving a transmission mode control value and a transmission power control value from a counterpart terminal in the D2D link. The data is transmitted to the counterpart terminal by using the determined transmission mode and the transmission power.

PURPOSE: A content providing device using an electronic display and a method thereof are provided to supply information and an advertisement about a current location of a vehicle about an advertisement board, a guide board, and a posting of a vehicle, thereby providing various content. CONSTITUTION: A display device(100) is connected to a content managing server(300). The content managing server manages content which is displayed on the display device. If the content is inputted or changed by an operator, the content managing server transmits corresponding content to the display device. A communication unit(104) receives content to be displayed on display units(108a,108b).

PURPOSE: A system for managing the interference of a control channel is provided to reduce interference between adjacent cells in an environment where different kind of cell is mixed and to allocate wireless resources to transmit a control channel to a macro terminal with reference to wireless information which is received from a femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A femto base station allocates a radio resource about a control channel(410). The femto base station transmits allocated wireless resource information to a macro base station(420). The femto base station transmits a cell ID to the macro base station(430). Wireless resource information is used for allocating a wireless resource about a control channel of the macro base station. The cell ID is a physical layer cell ID or a global ID.

PURPOSE: An inter-cell interference mediating method through a wireless channel in a cellular system is provided to exchange interference mediation method between neighbor cells through a broadcasting channel. CONSTITUTION: HeNBs(Home evolved-NodeBs)(10,20) broadcast transmission power allocated to a RB(Resource Block) through a broadcast channel. The HeNBs predict an inter-cell interference value by RB with the transmission power information of neighbor cells. Cells establish a RB which wants to assign low transmission power in neighbor HeNBs. The cell transmits information about a corresponding RB to UE(User Equipment)(30,40). The UE transmit the information through UL(UpLink) to neighbor cells. The neighbor cell assigns low power to the corresponding RB.

PURPOSE: A phase compensating matrix calculation method and feedback method thereof for multi cell cooperation transmission are provided to fix a phase compensation matrix in a block diagonal structure. CONSTITUTION: An estimating unit(410) estimates a first channel between a serving base station and an object terminal and a second channel between an object terminal and a neighboring base center. A calculating unit calculates a first precoding vector and a second precoding vector based on the channels. A determining unit(430) determines a phase compensating matrix having a block diagonal structure based on the first predocing vector and the second precoding vector.

The control information receiving part receives multicast control information with reference to the information about the multicast resource allocation. Based on the multicast control information, a receiver(630) receives multicast data from the base station. PURPOSE: A system controlling interference between cells in a cellular mobile communication system is provided to use cooperation transmission mode, thereby reducing the intensity of interference between cells transmitted form cooperation cell to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(410) receives information about a first channel between a serving cell and a terminal and information about a second channel between a cooperated cell neighboring to the serving cell and the terminal form the terminal. A transmission mode determiner(420) determines a cooperated transmission mode with the cooperation cell about the terminal based on information about the first and the second channel. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for communicating cooperatively using network coding in an uplink system comprised of a multiple relay device are provided to code and transmit transmission signals which need retransmission through a selected relay device among relay devices, thereby maximizing a diversity gain and facilitating adaptive communication due to a network change. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(113) receives a plurality of transmission signals from a plurality of transmitters(101). A request receiving unit(115) receives retransmission requests about some among the transmission signals. A transmitting unit(117) codes some transmission signals corresponding to the retransmission requests through a network and transmits the coded signals to a receiver.
