PURPOSE: A tile map service system using image fusion and a system thereof are provided to convert gray image tile map data and color image tile map data into color image tile map data having high spatial resolution through image fusion. CONSTITUTION: A multi resolution tile map data generating unit(120) of a server(100) extracts original file map data from a map data storage unit(110). The multi resolution tile map data generating unit stores gray image tile map data and color image tile map data in the map data storage unit. A multi resolution tile map data receiving/fusing unit of a client(300) supplies color image tile map data having the resolution of the gray image tile map data to a user by fusing the gray image tile map data with the color image tile map data.

PURPOSE: A method for converting a mobile web application to a native application and a device using the method are provided to keep open API and mash-up functions and to be optimized to a portable mobile. CONSTITUTION: Either the uniform resource locator(URL) of a web execution document or the URL of a local file is provided(S900). The web execution document executes a mobile web application. Based on the provided URL, the user interface element of the mobile web application is separated and analyzed(S910). The analyzed UI element is mapped to a native control executing a native application(S930). The mobile web application is converted into the native application.

PURPOSE: An augmented reality realizing method in a mobile environment and a device for the same are provided to utilized a mobile device having a camera without a marker, thereby providing information about a neighboring environment in real time or an object as an AR(Augmented Reality). CONSTITUTION: A specific point extractor of a server extracts one or more a specific points from a composite image of a user terminal(S20). An image information storage unit of a server outputs one or more image information having the same location information with location information of the composite image among a plurality of stored image information(S30). A comparison unit compares the extracted specific points and specific points of the image information(S40). The comparison unit outputs an additional information within the extracted image information(S50).

PURPOSE: A city management system constructing device and a method thereof are provided to integratedly manage by connecting image acquisition cameras with a 3D space model, real time field information, or event information. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(260) stores GIS (Geographic Information System) information and space information corresponding to the GIS information. An event processor(220) reads image information acquired from a plurality of image-acquisition cameras based on the GIS and space information to detects an event. If the event is detected, a 3D model generator(240) extracts GIS and space information of a region in which the image acquisition camera is arranged and integrates the extracted GIS and space information and the image information acquired from the image acquisition camera to generate a 3D space model. A 3D model visualizer(250) visualizes the 3D space model.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for correcting color adaptively to lighting are provided to make a color image identical to a color of the original by adaptively correcting the color image with analyzing a lighting environment, thereby automatically and efficiently performing color correction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for correcting color adaptively to lighting includes a reference color information database(210) storing color information related to a reference color sample according to a lighting environment; an adaptive color correcting element(250) performing adaptive color correction by using a color image input from the outside and the reference color information database for generating color transformer matrix, converting the input color image into a corrected color image by using the generated transformer matrix; a monitor color correcting element(260) converting the converted color image into color-united image by using a monitor profile(261).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for correcting colors of a scanner are provided to obtain video data having the same colors as those of an actual image in consideration of characteristic of the scanner using error reverse transmission. CONSTITUTION: Colors of a mother group are measured with a measuring instrument(S1). Sample colors are selected using the measured values of the colors of the mother group(S2) and the selected sample colors are scanned by a scanner to obtain sample color data(S3). A weight value that makes the difference between the result obtained by performing error reverse transmission of the sample color data and the measured values is determined. An actual image is canned using the scanner to attain image data(S9). The color data is corrected by performing error reverse transmission of the color data of the image data and weight value for each pixel(S10).

PURPOSE: A control device of a color ink jet printer and a method thereof are provided to print images of the same colors as original colors by controlling the output sequence of ink. CONSTITUTION: A control device of a color ink jet printer is composed of a printer driver(11) able to convert the color values of input red, green and blue to cyan(C), magenta(M), yellow(Y) and black(K) having certain color values and to half torn to converted color values, a controller(13), a printer(14) for printing images, and the unit for generating output sequence of ink for control messages including output sequence data according to the arranged sequence predetermined by being input with the converted color values. The controller controls the printer by using the message for controlling the output sequence of ink and the unit for generating output sequence of the ink.

PURPOSE: A device for compensating colors and a method the same are provided to compensate color distortion, caused by hardware characteristics of a digital camera. CONSTITUTION: A device for compensating colors comprises: color measurer for converting a spectrum of a color sample into a first reflectance value, by measuring a color value of the spectrum; a color compensator for deciding a color compensation parameter by using the first reflectance value, from the color measurer and values of Red, Green, Blue colors, and compensating the inputted values of the Red, Green, Blue colors from a digital camera by using the decided color compensation parameter; and a storage for storing the decided color compensation parameter. The color compensator combines the first reflectance value with the values of the Red, Green, Blue colors, converts the value of the colors into a second reflectance value by using the color compensation parameter, converts the first reflectance value and the second reflectance value into arbitrary first or second X, Y, Z color values, and decides a value which the difference of the first or the second X, Y, Z color values is under a critical value, as the color compensation parameter.
