Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobile terminal route tracing method using log gathered in an ad-hoc network is provided to trace a mobile terminal user using an ad-hoc network. CONSTITUTION: If a log is saved in an opponent terminal, a terminal extracts the log(423). The terminal transmits the extracted log to the opponent terminal(425). A central control center request the transmission of the log about the target terminal which is capable of forming an ad-hoc network(403). The central control center receives the exchanged log. The central control center analyzes the received log(429).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for updating portable software is provided to update mobile software of a previous version with the latest version through a constructed mobile software execution engine. CONSTITUTION: A mobile software execution engine(101) is constructed by an installation type software server(30).
