    Abstract: PURPOSE: A positioning device of a manual transmission is provided to make a user comfortably shift without a heavy shift feeling, prevent jump-out of a synchronizer caused by movement of shift rails, and prevent malfunction caused by wear. CONSTITUTION: A positioning device of a manual transmission comprises shift rails(52,62,72) operating a synchronizer by selectively and rectilinearly moving in shifting; poppet balls(54,64,74) selectively inserted into one of poppet grooves(53,63,73) formed to positions of the shift rails corresponding to neutral and drive ranges; poppet springs(55,65,75) fastening the poppet balls to the poppet grooves; and a poppet spring tension control unit enabling rectilinear movement of the shift rail by decreasing the tension of the poppet spring in shifting and restraining the rectilinear movement of the shift rail by increasing the tension of the poppet spring, to prevent jump-out of the synchronizer after shifting.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wear-proof clutch is provided to suppress wear caused by the speed difference of two friction surfaces by contacting a clutch disc and a flywheel when the clutch disc and the flywheel rotate at a same speed by synchronizing the speed thereof before the clutch disc and the flywheel directly contact each other. CONSTITUTION: In a clutch comprising a flywheel(70) directly connected to a crankshaft of an engine and rotated and a clutch disc(60) spline-combined to an input shaft(80) of a transmission and rotated with being pressed to the flywheel, a wear-proof clutch is composed of a synchronizer synchronizing the rotational speed between the flywheel and the clutch disc before the flywheel and the clutch disc directly contact each other and generate friction force. In additional, a ball set(50) of the synchronizer for rolling-contacting with other side is installed to at least one of the flywheel or the clutch disc and a synchronizer groove(60') for combining the ball set in an instant is formed to be twice as many as the ball set.
