Abstract: PURPOSE: In case of the ABS(Anti-lock Brake System) or the vehicles in which the BAS(Break Assist System) system is not applied to, the ESS can be easily embodied, and the marketability of the vehicles can be improved. CONSTITUTION: A device for sensing quick braking of vehicle comprises an extending shaft(20), a switch(30), and an operating unit(40). The extending shaft is extended and installed in the hinge shaft of the pedal arm which is rotatable, is axis-connected in the mounting bracket of the brake pedal. It is connected to the pedal arm and it is circulated. It is separately placed with the extension axis and the switch is installed in the mounting bracket. It is installed in the extending shaft and the operating unit runs the switch according to the rotation speed of the extension axis by the movement of the pedal arm. The operating unit comprises a fixed bar(42), a pivot shaft, and an operating bar(46). It is installed in the extending shaft and the fixed bar is expanded as the radiational direction of the extending shaft. The pivot shaft is installed in the fixed bar upper end in the extension axis longitudinal direction. It is rotatable, one end of the operating bar is installed in the pivot shaft and the outside leading end is expanded to the switch.

Abstract: A structure for improving operation feeling of a clutch pedal for a vehicle is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by installing a return spring at a hinge and exerting reaction force to the clutch pedal. A structure for improving operation feeling of a clutch pedal for a vehicle comprises a return spring(1), an oval friction member, and a turnover member. The return spring is installed at a hinge(51) which is a rotation center of the clutch pedal, and gives reaction force to the clutch pedal with predetermined elasticity. The friction member is installed at an end of a push rod(P) of a release cylinder(53). The release cylinder is operated by the clutch pedal. The turnover member which is made of rubber is installed in the release cylinder, and causes friction with the friction unit at an engagement place of the clutch to pass the push rod through when moving the push rod.
