Abstract: 본 발명은 레버 본체와, 레버 및 레버를 레버 본체에 탄성지지하는 스프링을 포함하여 구성된 차일드 레버 구조에 관해 개시한다. 상기 레버본체에는 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 레버는 상기 관통공을 통해 끼워지고 후단부에 플랜지가 형성된 레버축과, 상기 레버축의 전방으로 결합되는 그립부로 형성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 도어 인너 판넬을 관통하여 돌출된 차일드 레버의 레버가 스프링에 의해 탄지되면서 후방으로 탄성이동가능하므로, 도어를 닫을 때 레버의 전단부와 차체 사이드 아우터 판넬이 충돌하는 경우에도 차체 판넬의 손상이나 차일드 레버의 손상이 방지될 수 있다.
