    Abstract: PURPOSE: A trailing arm of a vehicle is provided to buffer bending and torsion applied to the trailing arm to changes of toe and camber of a wheel with a shock absorbing part and accordingly to easily perform toe and camber motions of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm(40) of a vehicle is composed of a first mounting part(41) mounted to a combining device by a knuckle and a second mounting part(42) mounted to a vehicle body by a bushing. Streamlined links(43,44) connect between the first and second mounting parts. The streamlined links are crossed at an intermediate spot(45) and extended to the first mounting part. Accordingly, a hollow part is formed between the second mounting part and the intermediate spot and functioned as a shock absorbing part(46) for buffering toe and camber changes of a wheel.

CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel suspension of a vehicle comprises lower and upper arms(2,3) separably connected to the lower side of a vehicle wheel(1) and to the body of the vehicle, and a shock absorber(4) vertically mounted to the vehicle wheel and the body of the vehicle. The lower and upper arms have an impact feeling effect that the vehicle wheel is moved backward by interposing a flexible bending member(10). The shock absorber has a chassis spring for absorbing and buffing the impact given from the outside.

The suspension system is equipped with a stabilizer to maintain turning stability when the vehicle turns. The upper arm is connected to an upper portion between a knuckle and a joint(J) of the vehicle body(F). A wheel(W) is equipped to the knuckle. The lower arm is equipped to a lower portion to be separated from the upper arm. One end of the transforming link is fixed to the shock absorber. The shock absorber is fixed to the vehicle body with the lower arm. The other end of the transforming link is fixed to the vehicle body. Therein, the transforming link is interlocked by external force. Therefore, reduction of a damping operation is prevented.

In the rear tube, a valve(20) for easily flowing in air is installed. When a trailing arm moves forward and backward, the deformation spaces are deformed.
