Abstract: An apparatus for removing fuel residues of an automobile waste plastic fuel tank is provided to remove fuel residues impregnated in a fuel tank, effectively separate removed crushed materials and non-removed crushed materials, and improve productivity and reduce costs compared to the existing process. An apparatus for removing fuel residues of an automobile waste plastic fuel tank comprises a continuous friction rotation type cleaner including: a housing(12) which has an inlet(14) and an outlet(15) formed in both ends thereof, and in which a volume space is formed; rollers(16) installed on the bottom of the housing to rotate the housing while supporting the housing; a rotary shaft(17) which is rotated in a state that the rotary shaft passes through central portions of the rollers in the axial direction; motors(18) installed at both ends of the rotary shaft to rotate the rotary shaft; and a propeller(13) coupled to the rotary shaft and rotated along with drive of the motors. Fuel residues of the crushed fuel tank materials are separated while frictionally rotating water and crushed fuel tank materials by the rotation of the housing and propeller, the crushed fuel tank materials being consecutively injected into the housing through the inlet of the housing and discharged through the outlet.
