Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for recycling a bumper cover using blasting separation is provided to secure the mechanical properties of the bumper cover and the exterior qualities of the bumper cover similar to those of a new product, improve efficiencies for removing a painting and plating layer compared with an existing chemical separation or sand blasting, and secure a very advantageous economic efficiency by recycling a medium. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling a bumper cover using blasting separation includes: a step of inserting a target which is the bumper cover having a painting or plating layer into a processing line; a step of determining conditions for a blasting chamber by scanning the information of the bumper cover; a step of inserting the bumper cover into the blasting chamber, implementing the blasting separation using a blasting medium, and then removing the painting or plating layer; a step of crushing and pulverizing the bumper cover from which the painting or plating layer is removed; and a step of inserting the crushed and pulverized bumper cover into a compounding process.

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a specimen made of recycled materials is provided to selectively manufacture only the desired specimen by selectively supplying a melted material only into a desired cavity. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a specimen made of recycled materials comprises a mold device(40). The mold device comprises an upper die(41) and a lower die(42). The upper die is moved up and down by a driving device(4) and opened. Cavities for forming the specimen are formed in the lower die. The lower die includes a plurality of the cavities and a valve unit.

PURPOSE: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition is provided to maintain flexibility, chemical resistance and heat resistance of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and to improve mechanical properties of interior materials of vehicles, especially, impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A bio-degradable acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition comprises: a polymer mixed resin consisting of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene composition resin and single or two kinds of bio-degradable copolymer resins selected from polylactic acid and polyhydroxy butyrate; and poIycaprolactone. The polymer mixed resin includes 50~90 weight% of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and 10~50 weight% of a biodegradable polymer resin.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing foaming glass for sound absorption using waste front glass for vehicle is provided to ensure excellent sound absorption and thermal resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing foaming glass for sound absorption using waste front glass for vehicle comprises: a step of pulverizing selected glass and slag from which PVB film is removed; a step of passing sample through a mesh to control particle size of the sample; a step of putting the sample to a electric furnace; a step of rising electric furnace and holding for specific time; a step of reducing temperature of foaming mold by room temperature; and a step of removing foaming mold from modified sample.

본 발명은 PVB 필름의 재활용 방법 및 핫멜트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐 자동차에서 전면유리를 회수하는 제1단계, 상기 회수된 전면유리를 선별하여 유리 및 PVB 필름으로 분리하는 제2단계 및 상기 분리된 PVB 필름에 잔존하는 부착유리 및 미립유리를 제거하는 제3단계를 포함하여, 자동차의 폐 전면유리로부터 PVB 필름을 효율적으로 재활용하는 방법 및 상기 방법으로 재활용된 PVB 필름을 이용하여 접착 강도가 우수하고 제작 비용이 저렴한 핫멜트에 관한 것이다.

An apparatus for cleaning polyurethane foam and fibers of scrapped automobile is provided to minimize contaminants included in the polyurethane foam and fibers by automatically cleaning large amounts of the polyurethane foam and fibers. An apparatus for cleaning polyurethane foam and fibers of scrapped automobile comprises: a contaminant removing chamber(10) in which a cleaning solution is filled; a circular rotation frame(14) dipped into the cleaning solution within the contaminant removing chamber; a transfer rotary unit for transferring the circular rotation frame horizontally and vertically; a circular rotation frame driving unit for rotationally driving the circular rotation frame dipped into the cleaning solution within the contaminant removing chamber; and a receiving station for discharging and receiving polyurethane foam and fibers that have been cleaned in the circular rotation frame.

The present invention relates to a method for recycling a PVB film and a hot-melt using the recycled PVB film thereby, and more specifically, to a method for effectively recycling a PVB film from the waste windshield of a vehicle and a hot-melt with improved bonding strength and low manufacturing costs using the recycled PVB film thereby, wherein the method includes: a first step of recovering a windshield from a waste vehicle, a second step of separating a PVB film from glass by screening the windshield, and a third step of removing attached glass and fine glass from the separated PVB film.
