    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheel hub structure of a vehicle is provided to minimize deformation produced from a drum, to reduce a change of braking torque produced between the drum and a lining in braking, and to minimize judder produced from a brake system in braking, through a change of the shape of a flange part of a hub. CONSTITUTION: A drum-type brake device has a wheel(10) supporting a tire; a drum(12) coming in contact with the lining in braking; and a hub(16) combined between the wheel and the drum via plural stud bolts(14). The drum is arranged inside the wheel. In a wheel hub structure of a vehicle, a chamfer part(C) is formed to the tip of the flange part formed to the edge of the hub, to make a transmission path of load from a disk part(10a) of the wheel to a flange part(16b) of the hub and a transmission path of load from the flange part of the hub to the disk part of the drum each shut.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for reducing the vibration of a roof of a bus is provided to increase the frequency of an upward/downward vibration mode and to enhance reinforcing effect by installing a support bar between a stay structure and a cantilever rail. CONSTITUTION: A stay structure(32) is installed under a roof bow(30) of a bus. A cantilever rail(34) is installed on the side of the roof bow. A duct(36) is installed on the side of the stay structure. A window pillar(40) is installed at a lower portion of the cantilever rail. A support bar(38) is installed between the stay structure and the cantilever rail to increase the strength of a roof. A through groove penetrated with the support bar is formed in the duct. The stay structure is made of an aluminum cast-iron product. By connecting the stay structure with the support bar, the bending rigidity of the roof is strengthened and the frequency of an upward/downward vibration mode is increased.

The inner guide(14) is inserted between the periphery of a bolt(28) mounting the rubber bush(12) to a car body floor and the inner circumference of the rubber bush(12). The first and the second washers for shock(18, 20) of larger diameters are installed above and under the rubber bush(12) to absorb shock type vibration of a car body. The washer for fine vibration(22) of a smaller diameter is interposed between the rubber bush(12) and the washer for shock(20) to absorb fine vibration of the car body.
