Abstract: PURPOSE: A leveling system of a vehicle having an air suspension is provided to improve freedom of design for the suspension, to be installed easily and to be used for all vehicle types by minimizing interference of peripheral parts with packaged devices to control a leveling valve. CONSTITUTION: A leveling valve(50) operated by a pneumatic signal is installed to a lower bracket(13) of an air spring(10). An operation control device(60) is installed to an upper bracket(12) to generate the pneumatic signal to the leveling valve. The operation control device is arranged to a middle portion of a cylinder housing normally by a string(61) and a tension spring connected to both sides of a piston respectively. The operation control device generates a lowering signal of a frame(20) or a rising signal of the frame with a movement by compressing air when a ride height is lowered or raised. Lowering or rising signal is transmitted to the leveling valve through a hose(70,71) to operate the leveling valve. Therefore, a stable pose of a vehicle by supplying and exhausting air from the air spring according to the ride height.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for reducing transformation and vibration of a roof of a bus body is provided to reduce transformation of the vehicle body and noise due to an excessive weight on the roof of the bus by using pneumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing transformation and vibration of a roof of a bus body includes a damping device(30), a support device(40), a displacement detecting device(60), a pneumatic control valve(70) and a pneumatic supply device(90). The damping device supports an excessive weight with pneumatic pressure in a carrier bow(10) and reduces vibration of a vehicle body as well as prevents the roof from transforming. The support device supports the damping device vertically. The displacement detecting device exhausts pneumatic pressure by changing a port according to displacement of the damping device. The displacement detecting device is combined to a lower end of the support device in a floor member of a lower end of the vehicle body. The pneumatic control valve supplies pneumatic pressure for the damping device or exhausts pneumatic pressure by changing a position of the valve with pneumatic pressure exhausted from the displacement detecting device. The pneumatic supply device supplies pneumatic pressure for the displacement detecting device and the pneumatic control valve. Therein, transformation of the vehicle body and noise due to the excessive weight are reduced by using pneumatic pressure after detecting transformation and noise of the roof with the displacement detecting device.

CONSTITUTION: A leveling system of a vehicle having an air suspension includes a leveling valve(50) and an operation control device(60). The leveling valve is operated by a pneumatic signal from the operating control device as a three-way valve. The leveling valve is installed to the inside of a lower bracket(13). The leveling valve has an inlet pipe(51) connected to an air tank, a supply pipe(52) and an outlet pipe(53). The supply pipe and the outlet pipe are communicated with the inside and the outside of an airbag(11) by penetrating the lower bracket respectively. The operation control device is installed to the inside of the airbag in the middle of an air spring(10). The operation control device transmits pneumatic pressure generated from a piston(62) to the leveling valve through a hose(70,71). The piston is lifted up and down according to change of a distance between a frame(20) and an axle(30). Thereby, an installing space is secured easily by installing the leveling valve and the operation control device inside the air spring.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A propeller shaft center bearing is provided to enhance stillness of a car by reducing torsional vibration thereof generated from a propeller shaft. CONSTITUTION: A center bearing comprises an elastic member(7), a bearing(10) and a mounting bracket(11). The elastic member axially connected with a propeller shaft(2) isolates vibration by being deformed against vibration. The bearing is engaged with the round of the elastic member, an inner wheel(10a) of which is integrally rotated with the propeller shaft and an outer wheel(10c) of which is fixed. The mounting bracket engaged with the round of the bearing fixes the position of the bearing by being fixed to a car body frame by one end thereof. The elastic member repeats transformation thereof against torsion vibration generated in a propeller shaft and absorbs vibration by changing torsion vibration energy to heat energy.
