Abstract: 본 발명은 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자성 안료를 포함하는 도료를 특정 패턴을 갖는 외부 자기장에 반응시켜 3차원 입체패턴을 구현하되 시야각에 따라 다른 패턴의 3차원 무늬가 보이도록 하는 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 (a) 백킹시트 표면에 자성 안료를 포함하는 도료를 도포하여 패턴층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 패턴층을 입체패턴으로 형성한 외부 자기장에 반응시켜 패턴층 내에 자성 안료가 외부 자기장에 의해 배열되어 입체패턴을 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b)단계의 패턴층에 500~1000mJ/㎠의 자외선을 1~5분 동안 조사하여 부분 경화하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계의 패턴층을 60~90℃에서 1~10분 동안 예열하여 경화하는 단계; (e) 상기 (d)단계의 패턴층에 60~90℃에서 1~10분 동안 예열된 투명필름을 적층하여 열접착하는 단계; (f) 상기 투명필름과 패턴층을 압착 및 냉각하고 상기 백킹시트에서 분리시켜 필름을 마련하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 (a) ~ (f)단계를 2회 이상 반복하되, 상기 (b)단계에서 외부 자기장의 중심축이 패턴층의 표면에 대해 매회(每回)마다 다른 각도의 기울기를 갖도록 형성하고, 전회(前回)의 (f)단계에서 마련한 필름을 다음 회의 (e)단계에서 패턴층에 열접착하는 필름(투명필름)으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 입체패턴 형성을 위한 자기도장방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetic painting method for forming a multi-view pattern is provided to be applied to various fields and to maximize aesthetic effect by enabling a user to see various three-dimensional patterns according to a viewing angle. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic painting method for forming a multi-view pattern comprises the following steps: forming a pattern layer by spraying a paint containing magnetic paint on the surface of a backing sheet; forming a three-dimensional pattern by reacting the pattern layer with an external magnetic field and arranging the magnetic paint within the pattern layer due to the external magnetism; partially hardening the pattern layer by irradiating ultraviolet ray; hardening the pattern layer by preheating the pattern layer; laminating a preheated transparent film on the pattern layer; compressing and cooling the transparent film and pattern layer; and preparing the film by separating the film from the backing sheet.
