    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle door mounting test tool device is provided to perform door interval test and regulate doors in consideration of six-degree-of-freedom, while ensuring reliability for the data obtained from the test. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle door mounting test tool device comprises a housing(11) having a square cross section, and which has magnets(13,15) attached to a first side surface(F1) and a second side surface(F2), respectively; an interval measuring and testing unit for regulating six-degree-of-freedom between doors or door and vehicle body by using two probes(23,25) all over inside and outside of the first side surface of the housing, and outputting signals in accordance with the result of measuring and testing; a step measuring and testing unit for measuring and testing the stepped portion between the door and vehicle body by using two probes(31,39) facing toward the second side surface of the housing, and outputting signals in accordance with the result of measuring and testing; and a signal amplifier(17) arranged inside of the housing, and which receives signals output from the interval measuring and testing unit and the step measuring and testing unit, amplifies the received signals and transmits the amplified signal to a main controller.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A unit assembling method of a vehicle is provided to reduce assembling time by assembling a unit after testing through simulation and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A unit assembling method in a vehicle comprises a simulation test stage(30) exercise testing by data; a data inputting stage(31) inputting jig measuring data(31c), cad data(31d), unit assembling order data(31e) and welding point data(31f) into a simulation program; a data analyzing stage(32) deciding assembling member amount(32a), assembling position(32b), assembling order(32c) and welding order(32d); and a component correctness checking stage(33) correcting problem after assembling the unit through the simulation program based on result of the analyzed data. Thereby, the unit assembling method in the vehicle reduces assembling time by assembling the unit after testing through the simulation program to improve productivity.
