    Abstract: Techniques for power savings by a wireless device. The technique including determining, by a first wireless device, a sidelink resources pool including a set of sidelink resources for communicating directly with a second wireless device; determining one or more reservation periods associated with resources of the sidelink resources pool; determining a number of sensing occasions based on the one or more reservation periods; sensing a wireless medium within the sidelink resources pool based on the determined number of sensing occasions and the determined one or more reservation periods; selecting a set of candidate resources from the sidelink resources pool based on the sensing; and transmitting data to the second wireless device based on the selected set of candidate resources.

    Abstract: Configuring channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) reporting at a network may include encoding a single CSI-RS reporting configuration for transmission to a user equipment (UE) that is in connected mode with both a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second TRP. The single CSI-RS reporting configuration may include a plurality of CSI-RS resource sets. Each of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include a plurality of CSI-RS resources. At least one of the plurality of CSI-RS resource sets may include CSI-RS resources that correspond to the first TRP or the second TRP. A CSI measurement communication received from the UE may be decoded. The CSI measurement communication may be based on the single CSI-RS reporting configuration communication. Based on the CSI measurement communication, one or more downlink data transmissions may be scheduled.

    Abstract: Aspects are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for measurement gap configuration. A cellular network may establish communication with a UE using a first and second cell. The cellular network may configure bandwidth parts (BWPs) for the first and second cell, including a first and second BWP for the first cell and a third and fourth BWP for the second cell. A measurement gap configuration that specifies when the UE is to use a first measurement gap pattern may be provided to the UE. At a first time, the cellular network may communicate with the UE using the first BWP for the first cell and the third BWP for the second cell, based on the first measurement gap pattern. At a second time, the cellular network may communicate with the UE using the second BWP for the first cell based on a modification of the first measurement gap pattern.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for aligning wireless device and cellular network expectations and behavior in conjunction with neighbor cell measurements in a wireless communication system. A wireless device may determine that a reference signal is configured for a neighbor cell measurement when communication with the serving cell is also configured. The wireless device may determine whether the reference signal for the neighbor cell measurement is configured with same or different subcarrier spacing as the communication with the serving cell. The wireless device may select one or more of the reference signal for the neighbor cell measurement or the communication with the serving cell to receive based at least in part on whether the reference signal for the neighbor cell measurement is configured with same or different subcarrier spacing as the communication with the serving cell.
