Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sputtering efficiency in a circumferential part which is impossisble so far, to increase the efficiency of utilizing targets at a higher speed and to maintain stable sputtering free from the concentration of magnetic fluxes to the center parts of the targets and small in arc discharge. SOLUTION: This opposite magnetron composite sputtering device is provided with targets arranged so that the sputtering faces oppose and a magnetic field generating means for generating magnetic fields in the directions vertical to the sputtering faces and forms films on substrates arranged so as to face to the space in the side direction of the sputtering faces. In this case, the sputtering faces have the magnetic field generating means of generating the magnetic fields radiately from the inside target to the outside target on the inner face of the outside target and the outer face of the inside target in a concentric shape in which a pair of the opposite primary and secondary targets opposes at prescribed intervals, a third target in an endless shape is arranged so as to oppose to the space in one sinde of the sputtering faces and shower nozzles S1 and S2 are arranged on the space among the target T3 and a pair of the targets T1 and T2 so as to feed a sputtering gas to the discharge spaces.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal equipment, an incoming call reply method and a storage medium which conduct valid incoming call reply processing in the communication terminal equipment in which a communication control section and a body section are connected through an interface. SOLUTION: A communication control section 111 detects an incoming call and informs the arrival of an incoming call to a body section 101. The body section 101 discriminates whether or not the incoming call is to be responded and gives a response to the communication control section 111, based on the discrimination result. The communication control section 111 responds the incoming call in response to an instruction from the body section 101. Thus, the discrimination of the reply with respect to the incoming call is easily realized from the body section 101 and the inexpensive communication terminal equipment with a simple control function and excellent operating convenience is served for the user.

The image data inputted from an external data processor 109 through an interface is stored in an image memory 103 to be recorded on recording paper. The image data in the image memory 103 is indicated from the external data processor 109 and the indicated image data is preserved even after recording. Further, when the indicated image data is recorded, contraction recording is prohibited.

Then the transmission procedure control module 203 controls the transmission module 205 to control the procedure for the document facsimile transmission based on the data quantity obtained from the FIFO buffer monitor module 202. Thus, the facsimile transmission is implemented while avoiding missing of image data sent from the PC 110.

A communication control section 108 controls communication in G3/G4 protocol for a PSTN 116 and an ISDN 117 and channels such as dialing and call reception for a communication channel. Then the transmission of the original is started optionally from the terminal equipment 114, which sends the original to the designated destination.
