Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the editing operation of a set graphic consisting of the set of plural basic graphics, especially a diagram program by providing an addition/deletion means adding or deleting the basic graphic to and from a graphic information storage means by means of instructing an area corresponding to the set graphic or the basic graphic. CONSTITUTION:A graphic information storage means 3a storing the set graphic in connection with plural basic graphics constituting the set graphic, a set graphic area storage means 3b storing the set graphic in connection with the area corresponding to the set graphic, a basic graphic area storage means 3c storing the basic graphic in connection with the area corresponding to the basic graphic and the addition/deletion means 1 adding or deleting the basic graphic to and from the graphic information storage means 3a by instructing the area corresponding to the set graphic or the basic graphic are provided. In such a case, the basic graphic can be added or deleted to and from the set graphic or an attribute can be added or deleted without grouping. Thus, the editing operation of the set graphic consisting of plural basic graphics, especially, the diagram program can be simplified.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy in position control by building an axially symmetric thrust generator in an air bearing. CONSTITUTION:A moving element 1 of a drive mechanism for manufacture of semiconductor and other purposes is movable axially of a guide shaft 2 with a circular section, a bearing housing 7 of said element is fitted with a plurality of coils 5a-5c so that said coils are wound around the shaft 2, and an air intake 6 is also formed therein. If compressed air is injected from said air intake 6, pressure is generated between the housing 7 and shaft 2 and the whole moving element 1 comes free of said shaft 2. Then, if a sinusoidal current with phases deviated 60 deg. from each other are caused to flow through the coils 5a-5c, a shifting field is generated in said coils and an induced current flows through the shaft 2; then, the moving element 1 moves axially. In this case, a generated heat of coil when moving, is cooled by an airflow in the air bearing so that the coil is protected from damage. Further, a stage 10 is placed on an upper face of the housing 7 and an electrostatic chuck 11 for absorption of a wafer 12 is put thereon.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily execute an interchange of a photographic lens even after a condition is set by installing an arithmetic means for converting an object distance signal based on an angle of depression to a focus feed quantity of the photographic lens to each photographic lens. CONSTITUTION:At the time of interchanging a lens mechanism 2, an arithmetic means 7 and a focus driving part 4 are interchanged as one body. In this case, a second lens mechanism, focus driving part and arithmetic means are interchanged newly instead of a first lens mechanism 2, the focus driving part 4 and the arithmetic means 7, and even in case when a camera is pointed to a position A again, a distance detecting means 6 calculates an object distance Da and outputs an object distance signal S2. The arithmetic means which is inputted this signal S2 derives a focus feed quantity Fa' of the lens mechanism from a focus feed quantity when the object distance of the interchanged lens mechanism is D, the minimum photographic distance of the interchanged lens mechanism, and a focus feed quantity at the time of the minimum photographic distance of the interchanged lens mechanism, and outputs it as a focusing control signal S3. Thereby, the focus driving part focuses the lens mechanism to the position A.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enlarge an using range of an automatic universal head by detecting a moving direction and a distance of a dolly, recognizing a distance from a focussing position to an object and arithmetically controlling in the universal head to freely move the automatic universal head even after a shot is set in a studio. CONSTITUTION:When an universal head system in a spot (a) moves to a spot (b), respective direction signals 7' and rotating angle signals 6' from an axle shaft angle and a wheel rotating angle detectors 7, 6 and a focussing position signal 8' in the spot (a) are inputted to an arithmetic processing circuit 9 and a control signal 10 operated and calculated and representing a pan angle is transmitted to a drive device 12, and the pan angle is controlled by an universal head 3 and an object is set so as to be situated at a center position of a screen. A focussing control signal 11 according to the distance obtained by said operation is inputted to a module 8, and a focussing position of a lens 5 is controlled and the focussing to the object is performed. Accordingly, even when the universal head is moved, the pan angle or the like is automatically adjusted and set and a correct screen to the object can be photographed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a focused picture even if the position of an object at preset is moved more or less in reproduction by storing a center distance value and a focusing retrieval range at each shot. CONSTITUTION:A shot selection means 8 designates, i.e., the 1st shot, the 1st address section of a memory means 9 is designated, and center distance information X1, focusing retrieval range information d1 and pan/tilt/zoom or the like stored in the 1st address section are read. The information is given to an automatic focusing range setting means 6 via the switches 51, 52 of a multiplexer 5 so as to decide on operating range, and the automatic focus device 7 executes the automatic focusing only in said operating range. Thus, even if the object distance X1 at the setting of the 1st shot is moved within a range d1 at reproduction, the pattern with focusing to the object is obtained by the automatic focusing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reproduce a shot in accordance with the photographing state by presetting information of an aperture value or the like or storing an ALC signal in a memory circuit in accordance with the shot. CONSTITUTION:In case that the second shot is reproduced after reproducing the first short, a push-button 1a2 is depressed. Then, a memory part 3M2 of a memory circuit 3 is designated, and preset information stored in the memory part 3M2 is sent from a terminal DOn and is converted to an analog value in a D/A converter 4. Since an ALC key 1c is depressed in case of storage into the memory part 3M2, the ALC signal is stored in the memory part 3M2; therefore, the ALC signal is sent from a terminal DO1 in case of read operation of the memory part. Therefore, the ALC signal is transmitted to a switch 8 through a switch 5, and the switch 8 has the terminal connected to the 8p side in response to the ALC signal. Consequently, ALC control of an aperture is selected, and the aperture is settled in a value corresponding to the luminance of a scene of the second shot independently of preset information.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reproduce a shot in accordance with photographing conditions by presetting a focusing value or storing an AF signal in a memory circuit in accordance with the shot. CONSTITUTION:In case that the second shot is reproduced after reproducing the first shot; a push-button 1a2 is depressed. Then, a memory part 2M2 of a memory circuit 2 is designated, and preset information stored in the memory part 2M2 is sent from a terminal DOn. Since an AF key 1c is depressed for storage into the memory part 2M2, the AF signal is stored in the memory part 2M2; into the memory part 2M2, the AF signal is stored in the memory part 2M2; therefore, the AF signal is sent from a terminal DO1 in case of the read operation of the memory part. Then, the AF signal is transmitted to a switch 6 through a multiplexer 3, and the switch 6 has the terminal connected to the 6P side in response to the AF signal. Consequently, in case of reproducing of the second shot, the outpt of an auto-focus device 7 is transmitted to a focus servo device, and the focus is automatically settled on a basis of the object distance signal from the auto-focus device.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a universal head system without the need of control wires wired in a studio by using a radiating energy for the transmission of control signals between a universal head control system and a universal head system. CONSTITUTION:The control signals from the universal head control section 1 provided in a monitor room or the like of a television broadcast station drive an infrared ray LED arranged in the studio so as to generate a coded infrared ray 8. On the other hand, universal head systems 9a-9c provided in the studio detect the infrared ray 8 by using a photodetector 10. Then a specific universal head system is selected by the coded infrared ray 8 so as to operate its universal head 16 and its image pickup device 17. No control wire is required to be wired in the studio and the operability of the universal head system is raised in this way. Moreover, the similar effect is attained by using the radiation energy of ultrasonic wave or the like in place of the infrared ray.
