Abstract: A mounting assembly for mounting a door in the opening of a front vertical wall of a cabinet having a hollow interior with a horizontal top and a horizontal bottom interconnected by the front wall. The cabinet has vertical parallel oppositely disposed side walls disposed at right angles to the front wall and has a rear wall disposed parallel to the front wall. The top, bottom, side walls and front and rear walls having inner surfaces. The assembly includes a pair of vertically inclined elongated scissor members pivotally secured together at their aligned centers. these members lie in a vertical plane adjacent but spaced from one selected side wall. One member has a first upper end and a second lower end, the other member having a third upper end and a fourth lower end. The members are movable between a first compressed position at which the first and second ends are disposed adjacent the corresponding third and fourth ends respectively and a second expanded position at which the first and second ends are displaced a substantially larger distance from the corresponding third and fourth ends respectively. Upper and lower horizontal guides are secured to the inner surfaces of the top and bottom respectively. The guides lie in the vertical plane, the third end being pivotally secured to the lower guide adjacent the rear wall. A vertically elongated stop lies in the vertical plane and extends between and slicably engages the guides. The first and fourth ends pivotally engage the stop, the first end being vertically slidable in the stop. A vertically elongated support is secured to the rear wall and lies in the plane, the second end pivotally engaging and being vertically slidable in the support.

Abstract: A door (1), which can be recessed into a door compartment (2), is fixed on a stop strip (4) which is guided on an upper rail (7a), fastened on a first side wall (6) of the door compartment (2), and on a lower rail (7b), and is fastened on a scissors cross anchored on the said first side wall (6) of the door compartment (2). To make possible a precise mounting of the door hanging before installation and to facilitate an adjustable design, the lower rail (7b) is also fastened on the first side wall (6). The two rails (7a,b) are screwed together with the sleeves, which are screwed in said wall and permit an adjustment of the rail spacing therefrom. The upper anchoring of the scissors cross lies on a fastening part (8), which is connected through the first side wall (6) to an adjustment part in such a way that when the latter is swivelled about a screw connection (9), common to both parts, said fastening part is also taken along. The stop strip (4) bears a roller (16) which, when the door (1) is not in a recessed position, presses against a plastic panel in the region of the front edge of said side wall. A setscrew (24) permits vertical displacement of the stop strip (4) relative to the scissors cross.
