    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent classification and degradation of ingredients and maintain uniform composition in a vessel by admixing, a bleaching activating agent granule, sodium carbonate and other ingredients and correlating average particle sizes and flowability of ingredients. SOLUTION: Average particle sizes (ω) and linear velocities (μ) are correlated as Y (ωcom×μcom) represented by the formula, Y being 0.5-1.5. In the formula, ωcom, ωp, ωac and ωmix represent an average particle size of a composition, a percarbonate, a bleaching activating agent granule and other ingredients, respectively; μcom, μp, μac and μmix represent a linear velocity of the composition, the percarbonate, the bleaching activating agent and other ingredients, respectively; (a), (b) and (c) represent the ratio of each ingredient contained; and the sum of (a), (b) and (c) is 1. The linear velocity is obtained by feeding 100 ml of a sample into a bulk densimeter (] K3362) at a time and leaving it to natural drop and is calculated by the formula: linear velocity (μ)=(0.0001/ A)/time (sec), wherein A is an area of the outlet.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve preservation stability by comprising a component which contains a stable organic compound toward hydrogen peroxide having a melting point of a specific temperature or below and which releases hydrogen peroxide in water and a granule containing a bleaching activating agent having a specific structure. SOLUTION: A bleaching detergent composition contains a component which contains a stable organic compound toward hydrogen peroxide having a melting point of 70 deg.C or below and which releases hydrogen peroxide in water and a granule containing a bleaching activating agent represented by the formula [wherein R is a 7-15C alkyl; and Y is -SO3 or -COOM (M is H or an alkali metal)]. The organic compound is a nonionic surfactant, polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. The component which releases hydrogen peroxide is an inorganic peroxide salt such as a percarbonate, perborate or perphosphate. The amount of fine powder (which passes through a sieve having a pore size of 125 μm) in the composition is 40 wt.% or lower based on the total amount and the composition is filled in a plastic container having a transmittance of 30% or lower at 200-800 nm and a thickness of 20-500 μm.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of improving storage stability of a breaching activation agent and exhibiting good breaching force after a long term storage by controlling a ratio in which the unfilled gap of breaching detergent composition is packed by vibration. SOLUTION: This composition comprises at least two kinds of particle of (A) particles releasing hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution and (B) bleaching activation agent particles and has >=1.1 gap packing ratio. Percarbonic acid salt or perboric acid salt is preferably used as the component A and the blend amount is 1-95wt.%, preferably 10-80wt.% based on the composition. The component B includes tetraacetylenediamine or acetoxybenzene sulfonic acid and the blend amount is 0.1-20wt.%, preferably 0. 5-10wt.%. Total amount of the components A and B preferably occupy >=50% based on the composition. Thereby, an oxide-based breaching agent excellent in storage stability can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of an outer layer sheet and an inner sheet layer during a cleaning operation by providing difference in the content of binder between front and back faces of the outer layer sheet and providing the face of the outer layer sheet having the higher content of binder on the face of the inner layer sheet side. CONSTITUTION:Fibers constituting a sheet used for a laminated sheet cleaning article include wooden pulp fibers, non-wooden plant fibers, synthetic fibers such as rayon fibers, polyester fibers. The sheet is obtained by papering these fibers according to a normal method such as a wet type, a dry type. The quantity of the sheet used for an inner layer sheet suitably ranges from 5 to 100g/m and that for an outer layer sheet suitably ranges from 5 to 50g/m from the viewpoint of strength and flexibility of sheet during cleaning. The content ratio of binder of a face with high content of binder and a face with low content of binder preferably ranges from 1.1/1 to 2.5/1. The quantity of binder used relative to the dry weight of the outer layer sheet ranges from 1 to 30%. A laminated sheet cleaning article is obtained by providing faces with the higher content of binder of the outer layer sheets on the inner layer sheet sides, laminating them on both the faces of one or more inner layer sheets and applying an embossing work.
