    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for dry wiping with improved ability for adsorbing and holding dirt such as fine dust or the like, for catching large dirt such as bread crumbs utilizing the ruggedness of nonwoven fabric and for catching large dust, lint or hair utilizing the entangling effect of nonwoven fibers having a high degree of freedom, hardly leaving fiber dust or hardly broken in wiping and giving little sticky feeling on hands, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: On one side or both the sides of a net-like sheet, a fiber assemblies like nonwoven fabric formed by entangling the fibers of fiber webs is integrated while being entangled even to the net-like sheet together with entangling among constitutive fibers thereof and in the fiber assemblies, the fibers of the fiber assemblies are wavily projectingly arranged to form a large number of ruggedness on the surface of the assemblies, thereby the sheet for wiping is obtained. A medicine containing an oil component is carried on such a sheet for wiping and the quantity of the oil component to be carried is from 1 to 20% of the weight of the fiber assemblies.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the ability to adsorb and hold stains, such as fine dust, by integrating nonwoven fabric-like fiber assemblages on one or both surfaces of a net-like sheet in an entangled state and depositing a specified amt. of drugs on the fiber assemblages. CONSTITUTION:The non-woven fabric-like fiber assemblage 12 formed by entanglement of fibers is integrated to the one surface of the net-like sheet 11 in the entangled state with the net-like sheet 11 together with the entanglement among the constituting fibers. Further, many rugged parts 12A, 12B are formed on the surface of the fiber assemblage to constitute a sheet 10 for cleaning. The drugs are arranged on such sheet at 0.1 to 500% of the weight of the fiber assemblage 12. The net-like sheet 11 which is formed in a grid form over the entire part is used. The surface of the fiber assemblage 12 is constituted with the fibers interlinked with each other and the fine dust, etc., sticking to the surface to be cleaned are captured between such constituting fibers. The drugs are exemplified by the drugs consisting essentially of oil components intended for substantially dry cleaning and detergents intended for substantially wet cleaning.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain strength durable for cleaning operation and good water- dissolubility by impregnating a specific waterdisoluble fiber product with potassium salt aqueous solution containing a waterssoluble solvent. CONSTITUTION:A waterdissoluble fiber product is manufactured, after the web is formed, by spraying or applying carrageenin singly or the mixture of carrageenin and galactomannan as a binder in the ratio more than 1wt.% and less than 5wt.% to the weight of pulp. When the waterdissoluble fiber product is impregnated with potassium salt aqueous solution containing 10 to 50wt.% of a watersoluble solvent, wet tissue can be obtained. As the watersoluble solvent, monovalent lower alcohol, and the mono- or diether of glycol and lower alcohol, or the ester of glycol and lower fatty acid, or further the combination of one kind or two or more kinds of polyhydric alcohol is used. As potassium salt, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, dihydrogen potassium phosphate, monohydrogen dipotassium phosphate or the like can be used, and the concentration of aqueous solution in the range of 0.5 to 3% is preferable.

CONSTITUTION:The sheet 10A for cleaning is constituted by integrating the non-woven fabric-like fabric base 12 formed of the entanglement of fibers by partial joining to one surface of the base sheet 11. The joint parts of the base fabric 12 form rugged parts 12B and the non-joined parts thereof form projecting parts 12A, thus constituting the cleaning surface sheet 10A having the rugged shapes on the surface as a whole. The constituting fibers of the fabric 12 contains hydrophilic fibers. Further, the sheet 10A for cleaning is laminated with a non-woven fabric net 16 integrated by the entanglement of the fibers having the interfiber distances larger than the interfiber distances of the fabric basic 12 on the outer side of the fabric base 12. A film or sheet consisting of a composite blank material, etc., formed by using synthetic resins is used as the base sheet 11. The fabric base 12 is not particularly limited, insofar as the fabrics are formed by integrating the constituting fibers contg. the hydrophilic fibers by interlinkage.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning article which catches a small dust without using an oily agent and catches a large dust in entanglement by using the entangled nonwoven fabric having a weight ratio of 99/1-1/99 between an extremely fine fiber having a fineness of 0.8 denier or less and a fiber having a fineness of 0.8 denier or more. CONSTITUTION:An extremely thin fiber has a fineness of 0.8 denier or less, and preferably has a length of fiber of 1-10mm. Further, as the polymer substance which forms the extremely fine fiber, are listed polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyolefines such as polyethylene, polyamides such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, polyurethanes, a polyacrylonitrile, and vinyl polymers. The fiber having fineness of 0.8 denier or more is preferably the fiber having a fineness of 0.8-8 denier, and the length of the fiber is preferably 1-10mm, and the synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyolefine and cellulosic fibers are listed. The mixing in a prescribed rate is performed, and the fiber is made fine and entangled. Accordingly, a cleaning article which can catch small dust without using the oily agent and catch hair and large dust in entanglement can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of an outer layer sheet and an inner sheet layer during a cleaning operation by providing difference in the content of binder between front and back faces of the outer layer sheet and providing the face of the outer layer sheet having the higher content of binder on the face of the inner layer sheet side. CONSTITUTION:Fibers constituting a sheet used for a laminated sheet cleaning article include wooden pulp fibers, non-wooden plant fibers, synthetic fibers such as rayon fibers, polyester fibers. The sheet is obtained by papering these fibers according to a normal method such as a wet type, a dry type. The quantity of the sheet used for an inner layer sheet suitably ranges from 5 to 100g/m and that for an outer layer sheet suitably ranges from 5 to 50g/m from the viewpoint of strength and flexibility of sheet during cleaning. The content ratio of binder of a face with high content of binder and a face with low content of binder preferably ranges from 1.1/1 to 2.5/1. The quantity of binder used relative to the dry weight of the outer layer sheet ranges from 1 to 30%. A laminated sheet cleaning article is obtained by providing faces with the higher content of binder of the outer layer sheets on the inner layer sheet sides, laminating them on both the faces of one or more inner layer sheets and applying an embossing work.
