Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable water to be easily fed even when a device is set in a state that there is no space at an upper section, by arranging a cylindrical guide extended from the external wall of a hot-water storage tank, and an attachable or removable lever to be tightly fitted on the channel of a feed water receiving cylinder section from the long slot of the guide. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storage tank 5, a cylindrical guide 16 extended from a tank external-wall, and an attachable or removable lever 19 to be tightly fitted on the channel 15 of the cylinder section 14 of a feed water receiver 13 from the slot 17 of the guide 16, are arranged. The feed water receiver 13 is rotatably supported with the sliding surfaces of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder section 14 and the inner peripheral surface of the guide 16, and so, at the time of feeding water, by moving the feed water receiver 13 rotationally, it can be led forward further from the front surface of a machine main body, and feed water working can be certainly performed without being disturbed, and after the completion of feed water, by moving the receiver 3 rotationally, it can be contained above the tank, and can be contained without being projected from the front surface. Besides, in the case of washing, by moving the attachable or removable lever 19 rotationally, the fitting of the channel of the cylinder section on the lever 19 is cancelled, and the feed water receiver can easily be removed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the use current capacity to the current capacity of a power source outlet by detecting the value of current flowing in a plug by the signal from a current sensor, and in case that this current value in larger than the reference current value, stopping the current application to a tea feeder. CONSTITUTION:In case of having used a coffee server 2 when operating a refrigerator 3 and a tea feeder 1, the current flowing in a plug 7 exceeds the current capacity 15A of the power source outlet inside an office. The inverted input terminal voltage of a comparator 15 becomes higher than the reference voltage being the noninverted input terminal voltage, and the output of the comparator 15 becomes L. A transistor TR1 is turned on, and the normally close contact 17 of a relay 18 opens. Accordingly, the heater 21 of the tea feeder 1 is turned off regardless of ON/OFF of a thermostat 22, so the current flowing in the plug 7 can be suppressed below the electric capacity 15A of a power source outlet.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve blow-out temperature characteristics at the initial stage of room heating by providing a three-way valve which, at the initial stage of the room heating operation, passes a gas coolant through a piping without a heat accumulating member and, at the stage at which temperature is raised, controls to allow the coolant to flow through a piping section which is provided with a heat accumulating member. CONSTITUTION:A three-way valve 13 is connected to a piping section 11 in series, and a first piping 14 is provided with a heat accumulating member 10. At the initial stage of room heating operation, if the temperature of a heat exchanger 8 on the indoor side is lower than a specified temperature, a gas coolant of a high temperature and high pressure that is discharged out of a compressor 1 flows through a second piping 15 without a heat accumulating material as shown in the arrow mark in a solid line by means of a three-way valve 13 that is controlled by a temperature detection control device 16 mounted at a section of the heat exchanger 8 on the indoor side, of which temp. rises to a specified temperature in a short time. When it reaches a specified temperature, the temperature detection control device 16 operates, and the three-way valve 13 is changed over as shown by a broken line so that the coolant is made to flow in a first piping 14, and the gas coolant of a high temperature, high pressure heats the heat accumulating member 10, and heat is accumulated in it. With this constitution it is possible to improve the characteristics at the rise of the blow-out temperature at the initial stage of room heating operation.
