Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a compressor wherein efficiency is stabilized through stabilization of the size of a gap between a stator and a rotor and there is no need for a different part, except a block, in order to contain a rolling bearing (a ball bearing or a roller bearing). CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 24, a ball bearing 25a by which a the crank shaft is axially supported, and a block 26 by which the bearing is supported are provided. The block is a bowl-form iron plate molded product or cast iron casting and provided at its central part with a bearing holding part 27. Further, the crank shaft 24 forms straddle mounted structure by means of other bearing holding part 30 and other rolling bearing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable compressor prevented from the deformation of an auxiliary side housing by fitting a discharge cover with play to the boss part outer diameter of the auxiliary side housing, and making the outer diameter of the support part of an oil pipe larger than that of the boss part. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary side housing 19 is formed of a flange part 19a closing the end face of a cylinder 5 by one side face thereof while being provided with a delivery valve 20 on the opposite face, and a boss part 19d provided with a boss peripheral part 19b and a boss end face part 19c while having a bearing part extended on the opposite face side. A partition plate 21 and a discharge cover 22 are overlapped and fitted with play to the boss peripheral part 19b. An oil pipe 23 is provided with an oil feed spring 24 enclosed therein, and one end of the oil pipe 23 is communicated into oil, while the other end is provided with a support part 25 rigidly fixed thereto. The support 25 is fixed to the boss end face part 19c by a bolt 26, and its outer diameter juts out from the outer diameter of the boss peripheral part 19b. Since unnecessary force is not applied to the auxiliary side housing, the generation of distortion is prevented, and thus a highly reliable rotary compressor can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the undeformable fixing of an auxiliary side housing by fixing a support part, provided at one end of an oil pipe with the other end thereof opened into oil in a closed container, to the end face of the auxiliary side housing by a bolt together with a discharge cover so as to cover a delivery valve. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor is formed by enclosing a motor M formed of a stator 2 and a rotor 3, and a compression device C driven by this motor M into an approximately cylindrical closed container long in the lateral direction, and the compression device C is provided with a compression chamber 8 partitioned by a cylinder 5 and a main and an auxiliary side housings 6, 19. In this case, there are provided a partition plate 20 and a discharge cover 21 that are mutually overlapped, and these are fixedly fitted to the protruding part outer periphery 19a of the auxiliary side housing 19. An oil pipe 15 is formed by providing a support 22 rigidly fixed to one end thereof, and this support 22 is fixed to the protruding part end face 19b of the auxiliary side housing 19 by a bolt 23.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an effect to reduce the generation of noise and an input by providing a communicating passage, having the one end opened in a compression chamber and the other end opened in a vane groove, in the vicinity of a vane on the compression chamber side on the high pressure side. CONSTITUTION:Pressure pulsation generated in a compression chamber 6 due to re- expansion by a delivery notch part 14 and a delivery hole 15 is reduced end offset in a way that pressure pulsation is generated through re-expansion of a communicating passage 17. Further, freezer oil present in the compression chamber 6 flows in the passage 17, and an amount of delivered freezer oil is reduced to reduce opportunity of collision of freezer oil. Since along with rotation of a crank shaft 4, the back pressure of refrigerant gas is exerted on freezer oil of which the passage 17 is full right after the starting of delivery, the freezer oil gradually flows out through an opening part on the vane groove 8 side of the passage 17. Further, by applying a side pressure on a vane 9 through the opening part on the groove 8 side of the passage 17, the vane 9 is prevented from the occurrence of metallic contact at an edge part 18a on the high pressure side on the opposition roller side and an edge part 18b on the low pressure side on the roller side of the groove 8, and the vane 9 is pressed against the surface on the low pressure side of the groove 8.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve refrigerating capacity and performance index by providing a heat pipe of which one end is inserted into at least one of a cylinder, a rotor side housing, or an anti-rotor side housing, and the other end is exposed outside an enclosed vessel. CONSTITUTION:One end of a heat pipe 19 is inserted into the inserting hole 16 of a cylinder 19, and the other end is exposed outside an enclosed vessel 17. The enclosed vessel 17 and the heat pipe 19 are connected with each other airtightly and contactedly, the inside and the outside of the enclosed vessel 17 are fluidly distinguished from each other, and further thermal refrigerant fluid is enclosed in the heat pipe 19. In such constitution, at operating an enclosed type compressor, heat exchange such that the thermal refrigerant fluid in the heat pipe 19 absorbs heat from the atmosphere 1a within the enclosed vessel 17 and from a compression mechanism part 4 especially a compression chamber 5, and releases the heat outside the enclosed vessel 17, can be performed with large cooling effect by utilizing natural convection. Consequently, by reducing receiving loss of heat of refrigerant in the compression chamber 5, refrigerating capacity is improved and performance index is hightened.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make surface treatment of the vanes with good workability by housing the vanes into a case provided with plural pieces of housing grooves to fit tightly to the side faces of the vanes and exposing the front ends thereof, then, subjecting the vanes to a nitriding treatment. CONSTITUTION:The front ends of the vanes 1 of a rotary compressor of a rotary piston type are subjected to the nitriding treatment. Plural pieces of the housing grooves 4 for housing the vanes are provided in the case 3 for the surface treatment in the above-mentioned surface treatment method. The housing grooves 4 are constituted of four side walls 4c which tightly fit to 4 side faces 1c exclusive of the exposed parts 4a at the front ends of the vanes, the front ends 1a of the vanes 1 and the bases 1b facing the same, as well as the bases 4b. The vanes 1 are housed into this case 3 and while the above- mentioned front ends 1a are held exposed, these parts are subjected to the nitriding treatment. The vanes 1 are set in a short period of time without damaging the vanes and only the front ends 1a are subjected to the nitriding treatment.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly efficient and low cost refrigeration cycle system by providing the system with a check valve between a vaporizer and a compressor and providing a rotary compressor with a permanent capacitor type driving motor. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 6 is provided between a vaporizer 4 and a compressor 19 and a permanent capacitor type motor is used as the driving motor 20 of the rotary compressor 19. When the rotary compressor 19 starts to operate, the check valve 6 which is a fluid control valve is opened by the pressure of a refrigerant and the compressed refrigerant is circulated constituting a normal refrigeration cycle from a condenser 2 through a capillary tube 3 and a vaporizer 4 to a rotary compressor 19. When the operation of the rotary compressor 19 is stopped, the check valve 6 is closed and the counterflow of a heated high pressure gas toward the vaporizer 4 is obstructed. Thus, a low cost and highly efficient refrigeration cycle system can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To seal a pressure difference so as to restrict an offset of the oil, etc., of an oil feeding pump from a shaft by press-fitting an O-ring between the cylindrical internal corner portion of a discharge cover and the conical portion of an auxiliary bearing in a compressive element stored in a closed container. CONSTITUTION:An oil is reserved and an electric drive element and compressive element are stored in a closed container. Also, an auxiliary bearing 15, supporting a shaft 8 and having a conical portion 14, located at a position opposite to the electric drive element side, a discharge valve, located at a position opposite to a cylinder surface side of the auxiliary bearing 15, and a discharge cover 19, fixed to the auxiliary bearing 15 so that it can cover the discharge valve and having a cylindrical internal surface corner portion 18, are at least provided for the compressive element. An O-ring 23 is press-fitted between the cylindrical internal surface corner portion 18 of the discharge cover 19 and the conical portion 14 of the auxiliary bearing 15. Thus, any pressure difference can be sealed, an offset of the oil pipe 22 of the oil feeding pump 20 from the shaft 8 can be restricted, and also the available load weight on the auxiliary bearing 15 can be increased.
