Abstract: Aspects of disclosure relate to a network node for changing a physical cell identifier (PCI). The network node transmits a first signal based on a first PCI during a first synchronization signal block (SSB) occasion, transmits a second signal based on the first PCI during a second SSB occasion, and transitions from the first PCI to a second PCI. During a transition period, the network node transmits the first signal based on the second PCI during the first SSB occasion, and continues to transmit the second signal based on the first PCI during the second SSB occasion. After an end of the transition period, the network node continues to transmit the first signal based on the second PCI during the first SSB occasion, and ceases transmission of the second signal based on the first PCI during the second SSB occasion. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a parent node may configure first and second backhaul radio link control (RLC) channels based on requests received from a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) donor central unit (CU) and a second IAB donor CU, respectively. The parent node may select first and second logical channel identifiers for the first and second backhaul RLC channels, the second logical channel identifier being different from the first logical channel identifier, and may provide the first and second logical channel identifiers to the first IAB donor CU and the second IAB donor CU, respectively. The parent node may receive a packet including either the first logical channel identifier or the second logical channel identifier, and process the packet based on which of the first and second logical channel identifiers is included in the packet. The first donor node may receive, via a first communications interface, such as an F1-C or resource control (RRC) interface, cell configuration data associated with one or more cells of the RAN node activated by the first donor node. The first donor node may process the cell configuration data and transit the cell configuration data, using a second communications interface, such as an Xn or X2 interface, to a second donor node for use in migrating the RAN node from the first donor node to the second donor node.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for addressing scenarios where the minimum transmit power supported by a wireless node (e.g., an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) node) is above a minimum value specified by a standard. In some cases, the node may signal information regarding its power configuration so a network entity of the may take it into account (e.g., when allocating or scheduling resources). The power configuration may include an indication of the minimum transmit power supported by the node and/or an indication of a guard band that may help the IAB control adjacent channel leakage.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node of a wireless backhaul communications network may receive, from a central unit node, a configuration indicating that network coding is activated for a packet flow. In some cases, the IAB node may receive, from a second access node, a first packet of the packet flow via a first wireless link and transmit, via a second wireless link, a first encoded packet that is generated based on network encoding the first packet. In some cases, the IAB node may receive, from one or more access nodes, a set of encoded packets of the packet flow, and the IAB node may transmit a feedback message, via a second wireless link, indicating that network decoding of the set of encoded packets to recover a plurality of packets is successful or unsuccessful.

Abstract: In some aspects, a network node may determine a connection identifier associated with transmitting data to a decoder node via multiple paths, wherein the connection identifier is associated with a single radio bearer of a user equipment (UE); encode a first portion of data into first packets and second packets; transmit the first packets and the connection identifier to the decoder node via a first path; transmit the second packets and the connection identifier to the decoder node via a second path; receive a response from the decoder node, wherein the response includes the connection identifier; and transmit, to the decoder node and based at least in part on the response, one of: third packets, encoded from the first portion of data, and the connection identifier, or one or more sets of packets, encoded from a second portion of data, and the connection identifier.
