Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device, a display control method and a program. SOLUTION: The display control device is equipped with a layout control section for dividing a reproduction segment of the tune into a plurality of image display frame and assigning the images to each of the image display frame, corresponding to boundary positions of a plurality of the logic segments comprising the reproduction segment of the tune, and for which each of the image display frame has an offset to the corresponding logic segment. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To back-up contents important for a user. SOLUTION: A recording medium 39 records a preference value of the contents and state information of the recording medium 39. A content selection part 62 selects prescribed contents by using the preference value recorded in the recording medium 39. When a state check part 63 judges from a recording state of the recording medium 39 that more detailed check is needed, it has a sector check part 64 check the recording medium 39 in full scale. The sector check 64 holds information on an error sector and decides whether or not the contents recorded there need to be backed up. The backup processing part 65 performs back-up processing of the contents which are judged to need the back-up by the sector check part 64. The current invention is applicable to a personal computer. PURPOSE:To make the entire VTR small by arranging a VTR deck to a grip side of a VTR main body, a camera lens to the front part opposite to the grip and arranging a view finder from the upper part to the rear part. CONSTITUTION:A VTR deck is arranged to a grip 3 of a VTR main body 2 and a camera lens 6 is arranged to the front part opposite to the grip 3 of the VTR main body 2 and the view finder 9 is arranged from the upper part to the rear part. Thus, the VTR deck part, the camera lens and the view finder are arranged more compact and the entire length is considerably decreased more than a conventional VTR. Thus, the entire size of the camera integrated VTR is considerably reduced.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in bidirectional transmission using a differential signal and an in-phase signal.SOLUTION: A data receiving circuit receives data transmitted in a differential signal via a transmission path having AC coupling. The data receiving circuit includes a transmitting section configured to transmit an identifying signal used to identify a state of connection of the data receiving circuit, the identifying signal making potential transitions periodically, in an in-phase signal via a transmission path having AC coupling to a data transmitting circuit for transmitting data in a differential signal via the transmission path.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a content, recorded on an external information recording medium 224 before replacing a board, even after replacing the board.SOLUTION: The board of a recorder/reproducer 200 and an external information recording medium 224 connected thereto are associated by unique identification information. Furthermore, a registration number with which the board can recognize the external information recording medium 224 uniquely is assigned, and written on the external information recording medium 224. A data structure for management of the identification information and key information used for the registration operation of the external information recording medium 224 is determined. A key information management server 300 is accessed through authentication processing, and the identification information and key information on a board are rewritten.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an object by designating the object which is set at an optional position on a screen and which is desired to be brought into focus and automatically bringing the object into focus by holding free composition. SOLUTION: This camera device 10 is provided with an optical system 1 having a focusing adjusting function, image signal generation means 2 and 3 generating an image signal from an optical signal, a recording means 7 recording the image signal on a recording medium, a display means 4 having a picture display part where a picture by the image signal is displayed, an instruction input means 9 instructing a position on the picture display part, a control means 11 executing the signal processing of the image signal generated by the generation means 2 and 3 based on the instruction, displaying a focus display frame at the prescribed position of the picture display part, executing a focusing action by controlling the optical system 1 so that the picture within the focus display frame is brought into focus based on the image signal within the focus display frame and controlling a recording means 7 that recording the image signal obtained after the focusing action is executed on the recording medium and a recording instruction means 8 instructing timing for recording the image signal on the recording medium.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To allow a decoder to decode a remote control signal with respect to plural remote control light receiving sections. CONSTITUTION:The DEVICE is provided with plural light receiving sections 11-1n to receive a remote control signal. A switch circuit 20 selects one of plural light receiving outputs of the sections 11-1n, and is provided with a switching signal generating means 3, which generates a switching signal SE to obtain sequentially plural light receiving outputs through the sequential changeover of the switch circuit 20 and also with a signal detection means 32 detecting whether or not an output signal of the switch circuit 20 includes a specific pattern. When the signal detection means 32 detects it that the output signal of the switching circuit 20 includes a specific pattern, the switching signal SE is controlled to be held at that time. An output signal of the switching circuit is decoded by a decode means 31 to obtain a decoded output of the remote control signal.

PURPOSE:To eliminate sags stably irrespectively of the varying extents of sags and to reduce the size of a device by detecting the intermittent driving and revolving speeds of a motor only by the electric circuit constitution without using mechanical construction. CONSTITUTION:A driving circuit 8 is operated by the sag removing signal according to the sag removing operations of a tape. If there is any sag, rotating speed of a motor 7 increases sharply, and the output of an f-V converter 5 exceeds a reference voltage Vref. At a time t2 a voltage comparator 6 operates and the compared output thereof is changed over to ''H''. The output of the circuit 8 drops to a zero level when the compared output is ''H''. Therefore the revolving speed of the motor 7 decreases and the f-V converted output drops lower than the reference voltage. Here the compared output changes over to ''L'', and the motor 7 is again driven. Thereafter the motor is driven intermittently by the repetition of the above-mentioned operations until the sags of the tape are removed. At the point of the time when it is detected that a reel turntable 2 is at a standstill by the thorough removal of the sags of the tape, the power supply to the circuit 8 is interrupted and the driving of the motor 7 is completely stopped.
