    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the clogging of a nozzle and filter cloth and to stabilize the separation and dehydration treatment capability of a solid component and liquid component by equipping the apparatus with a filter cloth washing means having the self-washing type nozzle and a washing fluid supplying means which is capable of intermittently changing the supply pressure of the washing fluid to the self-washing type nozzle. SOLUTION: The filter cloth 2 is circumferentially rotated by a drive roll 3 and a pressure reduction vessel 6 is internally decompressed by a pressure reduction blower 14. The original liquid supplied to a original liquid supply vessel 5 is forcibly sucked to the pressure reduction suction vessel 6 side via the filter cloth 2 to suck the liquid component in the original liquid by the pressure reduction suction vessel 6. The solid component is captured by the filter cloth. The liquid component is once stored in a sealing vessel 10. On the other hand, the solid component is transferred together with the filter cloth 2 to a pressure dehydrating means consisting of a metallic drum 7, a pressure roll 8, etc., and is transferred to the metallic drum 7 side, following which the solid component is scraped by a scraper 9 and is dropped to a cake receiving vessel 17. The surfaces of the filter cloth 2 are thereafter washed by the washing means 3 having the self-washing type nozzle.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for treating waste water by which the quality of the effluent after waste water treatment is improved, and the nitration efficiency is increased. SOLUTION: This device consists of the anaerobic treating devices 2 and 10 for anaerobically treating raw water, an aerobic treating device 3 for aerobically treating the treated water obtained in the anaerobic treating devices 2 and 10, a sluge separator 4 for removing sludge from the treated water and a solid-liq. separator 6 for separating the treated water obtained in the separator 4 into solid and liq. to obtain a liq. concentrate and is provided with a treated water return line 7 to return a part of the treated water obtained in the aerobic treating device 3 to the anaerobic treating devices 2 and 10 and a liq. concentrate return line 8 to return the liq. concentrate obtained in the separator 6 to the aerobic treating device 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a reversible filter which is low in operating cost and by which the volume of waste is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A filter chamber 7 is divided into the 1st and the 2nd filter chambers 10a, 10b by a filter medium 9. The filter medium 9 is constituted by supporting each back surface of two filter cloths 11a, 11b having fluff 13 on the surface thereof on wire net 12. When water to be filtered is fed into the 1st filter chamber 10a through a pipe 5a, a filtered material in the water to be filtered is caught and separated by the fluff 13 on the surface of the filter cloth 11a, and filtered water after filtration is discharged through the 2nd filter chamber 10b and the pipe 5b (the 1st filter operation). When water to be filtered is fed into the 2nd filter chamber 10b through a pipe 5b, a filtered material in the water to be filtered is caught and separated by the fluff 13 on the surface of the filter cloth 11b and filtered water after filtration is discharged through the 1st filter chamber 10a and the pipe 5a (the 2nd filter operation). Switching between the 1st and the 2nd filter operations is periodically done to continuously filter the water to be filtered.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a filter process for improving the stopping rate of solid suspended matters of small particle diameters even in the filter operation using a filter medium movable type filter. CONSTITUTION: In a filter process using a filter with a raw water supply section and a cleaning means disposed in a circulation moving line in which a filter medium is moved continuously, first the cleaning means is set in the stop state by a new filter medium set newly in the circulation moving line, and the filter operation is continued until the treated water amount per unit time shows the given lower limit value. Then the cleaning means is operated, and the filter operation is continued until the treated water amount is regenerated to the given upper limit value lower than the initial treated water amount based on the new filter medium, and the cleaning means is again set in the stop state by the regenerated filter medium, and the filter operation is continued until the treated water amount is lowered to the lower limit value. After that, the filter operation in the state of operating the cleaning means and the filter operation in the state of stopping the operation of the cleaning means are repeated alternately.
