Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Applizieren eines pulverformigen oder flüssigen Stoffes vorgeschlagen, umfassend eine Druckausgabeeinrichtung (12) mit einem Druckmittelausgabeanschluss (16) und eine im Wesentlichen röhrchenartige Appliziereinrichtung mit einem stromaufseitigen Bereich zur Verbindung mit dem Druckmittelausgabeanschluss (16) und einer stromabseitigen Austragöffnung (24) für den pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Stoff. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Appliziereinrichtung (20) mit mindestens einem Vorratsraum (54) für den pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Stoff und mit mindestens einem Ventil versehen ist, nach dessen Öffnen eine Ausgabe des pulverförmigen oder flüssigen Stoffs mittels des Druckmittels über die Austragöffnung (24) ermöglicht ist.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a device for applying a coating, which includes a multi-component cartridge, a static mixing nozzle in fluid communication with the cartridge, and at least one paint applicator selected from the group including a roller, a brush, and an angled spra tip, in fluid communication with the nozzle. Another embodiment of the invention provides a method, which includes applying a coating to a surface with the above-described device. Another embodiment of the invention provides a method, which includes applying a non-skid coating to a surface with the above-described device.

The invention concerns a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, comprising a spray gun body with a handle, a moving part and an on-off valve, a trigger which actuates the latter valve, and, at the upper front end of the moving part, a paint container (11). An air nozzle (28), paint nozzle (27) and paint-release needle arranged co-axially relative to one another are provided at the front end of the moving part (3). According to the invention, the air nozzle (28), the paint nozzle (27) and the paint-release needle are disposed on or in a separate, pivotable spray head (25) which is detachably secured on the moving part (3) and can simultaneously be displaced in the longitudinal direction thereof. As a result, the spraying angle and the distance between the spraying head and the handle, i.e. the resultant total length, can be adjusted as necessary. In this way work surfaces with difficult access or which are remote can also be sprayed in an optimum manner.

A sprayer (10) for spraying a fluid includes a sprayer body (12), a fluid reservoir (14), a trigger assembly (70), a flow adjustment mechanism (73) and a flow rate indicator (280). The sprayer body can include a nozzle assembly (33) that defines a fluid outlet (37) and includes a needle (36) arranged within a fluid conduit (35). The needle is movable between a closed position and a fully opened position. The fluid reservoir is coupled to the sprayer body and be in communication with the fluid outlet and fluid conduit. The trigger assembly is coupled to the nozzle assembly and configured to move the needle as the trigger assembly is depressed. The flow adjustment mechanism is configured to adjust a flow rate of the sprayer by limiting movement of the trigger assembly and the needle. The flow rate indicator provides an indication of the flow rate.

A sealer gun that discharges a liquid material of a coating agent/a filler from a nozzle on its tip is securely prevented from producing dripping that arises as a liquid material drips from the tip of the nozzle and remains when a discharge of the liquid material is stopped. A pump that includes a cylinder and a piston fitting in the cylinder capable to move in and out freely is assembled onto a discharge cylinder of the sealer gun, an operation rod interlocked with the piston of the pump and a grip member are interlocked via an interlock mechanism so as to perform pump operation of suction-discharge by moving in and out the piston caused by pivoting motion of the grip member, and a suction-discharge aperture of the pump is positioned in an internal space of the nozzle, and it is configured such that when a discharge of a liquid material is stopped by releasing the grip member, a negative or positive pressure is introduced into the nozzle owing to pump operation caused by resilient pivoting of the grip member.

Disclosed is an apparatus for applying a powdery or liquid material, comprising a pressure discharging device (12) with a compressed medium discharge connection (16), and an essentially small tube-type applicator with an upstream section that is to be connected to the compressed medium discharge connection (16) and a downstream discharge port (24) for the powdery or liquid material. According to the invention, the applicator (20) has at least one reservoir (54) for the powdery or liquid material and at least one valve. The powdery or liquid material can be discharged via the discharge port (24) with the help of the compressed medium once the valve has been opened.

The powder, fuel and oxygen are rotatably coupled to the gun (7) and the thermal spray gun (7) and the support (5) are moved along the axis while rotating.

A spray gun with pressure display for applying paint onto a painted object by atomizing the paint with compressed air, wherein, as a pressure indicating device capable of accurately indicating a pressure at hand where the spray gun is operated, a digitally displayed pressure indication module having a pressure sensor (25), a pressure transducer part (24), and a display part (27) unitized with each other is detachably installed on a spray gun body, and adopters (21, 22) without a pressure indication function are detachably fitted to the spray gun body according to the shape of a body grip part so that the presence or absence of the pressure indication function can be selected before use, whereby the spray gun can be used under controlled conditions by allowing a worker to detect an air pressure at hand during spraying operation since the spraying air pressure largely affects paint finish as well as dispersion of atomized paint.
