Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft ground improving method by vacuum consolidation, and drain members usable for the method for improving efficiency of field work and positively driving vertical drain members to efficiently improve the soft ground. SOLUTION: In this soft ground improving method by vacuum consolidation, the water permeable vertical drain members 11 are driven into the soft ground 1, and pressure in the vertical drain members is reduced by a pressure reducing means to drain water in the soft ground through the vertical drain members. The vertical drain member has a length corresponding to the insertion depth into the soft ground, and an airtight cap 12 connecting a drain tube member 13 leading to the pressure reducing means is mounted to the upper end of the vertical drain member. The vertical drain member is inserted into the soft ground, with the airtight cap placed on the upper side until the depth of the airtight cap is 50 cm or more from an upper face 10 and reaches the underground water level face 2. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying method of a polluted ground in which contaminants in a stock solution state which exist in soil shallower than a grand water level and water in the polluted gap of the periphery are efficiently sucked in and removed, and the shortening of a processing time and the reduction of a treatment cost are aimed at, and to provide a purifying body. SOLUTION: The method is composed of a purifying body arranging process, in which a subterranean freezing pipe and a subterranean suction body are arranged in a proper pitch in the polluted ground with contaminants existing in the soil shallower than the grand water level, of a freezing process freezing the polluted ground region, and of a stock solution suction process, in which the contaminant in a liquid form is sucked in from the subterranean suction body in a state where the freezing condition is maintained. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for excavating and removing polluted soil, for suppressing the volatilization of a harmful substance to the atmosphere or the malodor of waste at the time of excavation or transport to further reduce an environmental risk. SOLUTION: This method for excavating and removing polluted soil has a cooling pipe arranging process for arranging cooling pipes in polluted soil having a pollutant present therein at an appropriate distance interval, a cooling process for supplying a cooling medium to the cooling pipes to form partially frozen soil around the cooling pipes, a temperature leveling process for stopping the supply of the cooling medium to allow the cooling medium to stand for a predetermined time and obtaining substantially low temperature non-frozen polluted soil and a excavation process for excavating the low temperature non-frozen polluted soil. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high durability and detecting capacity of high accuracy without causing severance of element wire of a cable and severance of the cable by preventing a transmission means for power supply and detection signals from receiving mechanical load such as friction, drawing or bending. SOLUTION: This device for confirming the left position of a drain material in a drain method has a primary power supply 14 on the placing machine B side; a secondary power supply 5 provided on the mandrel A side to supply power to a detecting means 2; and non-contact power supply devices 3, 4 for supplying power in a non-contact manner from the primary power supply 14 to the secondary power supply 5. The device further has non-contact transmission means 6-10 for transmitting the detection signals transmitted from the detecting means 2; an image processor 11 for carrying out image processing of the signals transmitted by the non-contact transmission means 6-10; and an arithmetic unit 12 for carrying out arithmetic processing of data image-processed by the image processor 11, to confirm the left position of the drain material D.
