    Abstract: A silica composition, including: compound (A) represented by the following general formula (1); and acryl- or methacryl-modified silica particles (B): where X— represents a halogen ion or a methyl sulfate ion, R1 to R4 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 36 carbon atoms, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 36 carbon atoms that has any one or more kinds of substituents selected from an ester group, an amide group, and a hydroxyl group, or a polyether group represented by the following general formula (2), provided that at least one of R1 to R4 needs to represent a polyether group represented by the following general formula (2): R5—OmH   (2) where m represents a number of from 1 to 100 and R5 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, useful as an additive for a resin composition.

    Abstract: Provided are: a photostabilizer masterbatch in which the problems of the occurrence of blocking over time due to the effect of temperature fluctuations in the environment and the difficulty in handling due to the resulting solidification in aggregates are overcome; and a method of producing the same.The photostabilizer masterbatch is obtained by adding and mixing 80 to 300 parts by mass of (B) a hindered amine compound represented by the following Formula (1) with respect to 100 parts by mass of (A) a silica produced by a wet process and subsequently further adding and mixing 5 to 50 parts by mass of (C) a silica produced by a dry process: (wherein, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxy or hydroxyalkoxy group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or an oxy radical; and R2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, or a group represented by the following Formula (2)) (wherein, R3 represents the same as R1 in the Formula (1)).

    Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a decellularized tissue having excellent cell adhesion properties. Provided is a decellularized tissue prepared by decellularizing a biological tissue, said decellularized tissue being characterized in that the ratio of endothermic energy amount, in terms of dry mass, of the decellularized tissue to the biological tissue before the decellularization is 0.70 or greater when measured by differential scanning calorimetry. The ratio by mass of DNA amount, in terms of dry mass, of the decellularized tissue to the biological tissue before the decellularization may be 0.300 or smaller.
